The only good thing with Fairyloot is they have a wide variety of new releases that I want each year. But ultimately is it worth it? Not really better to subscribe to other boxes first. I stay because I have books with them I want sequels to but who knows if you even get them as a subscriber. Other reviewers are being kind with the description of waiting an hour. It’s more like 3+ if it’s a highly anticipated release to then be shown it’s sold out. Not only do you have to wait that long they expect you to be next to the phone or computer that long otherwise you can lose your place and wait even longer. Their site is THE WORST site I’ve ever been on for pre orders. I could rant about that for an hour, do they care to fix it? Absolutely not. Every other book subscription site is better. Reviews are also correct on the quality lacking. BEAUTIFUL art, might be top 3 for art which is another reason I haven’t cancelled. But the worst quality it the actual book compared to literally everyone else. Also their books seem to be going to less signatures in the book box from authors so again what’s the point? The two stars is solely for the artwork and variety.

Normaal altijd super enthousiast over dit bedrijf! Ze hebben prachtige producten normaliter. Helaas heb ik afgelopen maand van dit bedrijf een defect boek ontvangen. De hele dustjacket was scheef en ook nog beschadigd hierdoor aan boven en onderkant. Na contact te hebben opgenomen vinden ze dat de schade miniem is en blijkbaar normaal wat niet zo is! Ik ben zeer zeer teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf en hun belachelijk slechte service voor het leveren van een defect product waar je een aardig bedrag voor betaald.

I used to love fairyloot. However over the last year abd a half there has been a decline in the quality of the books. I used to get fun reads in my boxes but now its mostly garadge. They never put follow ups in there boxes either. So if you do get a good book the only way to get the next is too buy it separately on there website. There website is terrible its got long waiting times and crashes on the regular. Have waited over an hour to be informed that the book has sold out. Its ridiculous. Books also arrive damaged as well in there sub boxes. Iv tried contacting the staff however i have been ignored and or gaslight. They really dont care about their customers and are only interested in sales.

I used to love fairyloot.. I really did love the magic of a new and beautiful book every month. But, over the last year I have received damaged book after damaged book. Books torn, ripped, bound wrong, paint marked, folded the list goes on. They won't replace them regardless of the email after email explaining how and why it matched the damage criteria. A damage criteria that they apparently can disregard at a whim depending on how the customer service team are feeling that day.
I've given up and come to realise there are many book companies out there more deserving of my money than this one.

The books are absolutely gorgeous! Let's start with that. The delivery is also good, I've not received any damaged books.
So, why cancel your subscription then? Well, it's the queue system that is the problem. When a second or third (etc) book comes out and you want to by it, there's the magic queue. The last time the wait was over 3 hours! Making it impossible to get your hands on a copy. So you're left with unfinished series.
Fairyloot also announces books that don't get printed (looking at you, TOG!). They don't give any information as to why, they just don't ever mention it again.
Again, the books are gorgeous, the shipping is good, but having to wait three hours on a workday, that's just plain impossible....

I had a book get lost with the courier.
Fairyloot resolved the request no stress and quickly. Also the person I was emailing was very nice and helpful. The books are also beautiful!

The company just willingly waste the time of their subscribers. If you subscribe to their box, be prepared to not be able to have sequels available to buy or even add-on to your subscription. They will make you wait hours to access an out of stock page.Anissa de Gomery and Michael Sammer have created a business where they can grab the money without caring about their customers base because the demand is higher than what they are willing to give. All profits for their pockets ans all disappointment for the customers.

I have never had a problem with Fairyloot. All orders have arrived without any damage and when I have had an inquiry, the customer service was always nice and quick to give me an answer.

Every month it’s like Christmas when my box comes. The shipping is easy to track and they always arrive in great condition. The books and all the items are gorgeous and feel really special and high quality. Any time I’ve had a problem with my order it’s been fixed straight away, the occasional missing item is always replaced and all in all it’s a lovely treat for myself every month. I’ve been subscribed for over two years now and I couldn’t recommend a better subscription box for fantasy lovers!

The enchanted queue is a nightmare. I’ve purchased from 7 other book boxes and fairyloot is the only one with a wait time. I’ve waited an hour before and so I have not been purchasing as much as I used to. Sometimes by the time I get my turn to purchase, it’s already sold out. I have the first book but not able to finish the set. Some of the non subscription books don’t have the best designs lately.

I love everything about the fairyloot boxes. Beautiful books and I really like the other prosucts that come with the ya box.
I love it so much so that I'm canceling my other subscription to add more books to my monthly subscriptions at fairyloot.

I Absolutely LOVE These book boxes with all my heart ❤️ Books are Stunning with their exclusive editions, each time I'm breathtaking and utterly happy to add them on my bookshelves. I'm waiting for a while now to subscribe at the adult box (because Omfg the SE's are incredibles this year 😱) and, for now, I'm really full of joy with my Romantasys books and my ya boxes 🤗 I can't wait to add the adult box though, I highly recommand The fairyloot Boxes to all the book lovers ♥️

Exceptional quality, beautiful variety, they always respond back promptly if I have her have a question. My one and only book subscription and that will never change!
