Falcon were very quick and easy to use and book. The car was spotless and top of the rang! The price was extremely cheap compared to a lot of other places where I looked. Can’t recommend them any higher!

Great service; very easy process; excellent vehicles.. the only reason it's not 5 stars is the wait I've had on Saturday morning collections. Having hired a couple of times recently with pick-up on Saturday mornings, I've had a significant wait while everyone is sorted. It's not lack of good service - can't fault that - it's just the reality of having one guy working the desk at a busy time...

Hired a Luton t-lift for a house move, ended up being delayed a day, Ian was super helpful in arranging for me to hire the van for a further day. Really easy collection and drop off, deposit paid back within days. Can was great and made moving much easier.

Falcon were very efficient and helpful, great communication and great range of vehicles and advice. Good prices too! I would recommend them over all other hire companies in the area.

Hired a van from Taunton in a hurry, Ian was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to do. Van was clean inside and out. Dropped keys in box as out of hours when I returned it. No issues. Will definitely use again!

Seamless transaction, very friendly customer service and the perfect vehicle for the job. Forgot to do the online driver check but Jordan was very helpful and was over and dealt with quickly and efficiently with no problems. Highly recommend these guys.

Hired a van from the Taunton branch and Jordan was very helpful. The van was clean and tidy just as you'd expect. What I liked though was that the price quoted was actually what I paid. No extras for windscreen or collision waivers. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Van was available and clean drop off simple as put keys in letterbox as out of hours.

Collecting needs to be quicker - always takes far too long, think I waited over half an hour and missed a scheduled meeting. Possibly too much paperwork on systems but waited at least 15 mins whilst person in front was being served. Maybe get more people on desk when you know you have someone waiting?

Very good, last minute walk in booking and they were more than happy to Accommodate. Good rate, all straight forward, can’t recommend enough. Ian at Taunton was a great help.
