Disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I used the letter é when personalising my order — the website preview showed it correctly, so I assumed it was fine.

After receiving the item, I found out special characters aren’t supported. That information may be somewhere on the website, but if your preview accepts it and displays it correctly, customers can’t be blamed for assuming it works.

Even more frustrating: the reply to my complaint felt dismissive and unfriendly. Rather than showing understanding, it basically blamed me for not reading everything carefully. That’s not how you treat customers.

A more customer-friendly approach would be to block unsupported characters, send an automatic warning, or simply replace characters like é with e — especially if there’s no option to cancel, change, or refund.

Now I’m left with a product that looks wrong and no way to fix it. Not acceptable

Very poor experience and deeply disappointed

I ordered a personalized T-shirt for Father’s Day, but when it arrived, one letter was missing from our son's name. After contacting customer service, I was told they couldn’t do anything — no solution, no apology, nothing.

In the end, I had to give a gift with our child’s name spelled incorrectly. That’s incredibly disappointing and not what you expect from a personalized product. I'm very unhappy with both the item and how the situation was handled. I won’t be ordering here again.

Misleading return policy and inflexible customer service. The website advertises returns but refuses them using hidden fine print and vague claims of “customization.” I would not order from this company again. Better avoid.
