On a recent visit to France to visit my son who now lives there I was impressed with his backlight system on his 65 inch TV.... So impressed that I ordered one , I'm 76 so was a little worried that I would struggle with this new technology but when it arrived about 5 days later I was surprised at how easy it was to install. The instructions are clear and concise leaving no room for error.
High-end performance at a fraction of the cost!
Installation takes about an hour and can be a little tricky when attaching to the rear of the TV, but the end result is flawless. The only downside is that the cut line for the excess LED strip is difficult to locate; a brighter marker on the strip would be a huge help.
That aside, this is a 1st-class product. It's much cheaper than the big-brand sync boxes and performs just as well. Highly recommended!
I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews as I received this within a few days and found their customer service excellent.

Attention avant d’acheter (et suggestions d’améliorations)
J’ai eu bcp de soucis avec, faut vrm s’y connaître pour certaines configurations. J’ai passé deux semaines à les configurer parfaitement, parce que des problèmes vidéos sur la TV ne faisaient qu’apparaître.
Je trouve aussi que les LEDs manquent de moyens de configuration sur l’application, mais aussi d’explications claires sur l’utilité de certains paramètres.
J’ai aussi rencontré des problèmes de syncronisation quand je changeais de sources hdmi (passage de box à console), où le changement de source ne se faisait pas automatiquement (malgré les bons paramètres activés sur l’appli)
Malgré cela, les LEDs ont été livrées plus rapidement que prévu et elles sont de très très bonne qualité quand elles sont bien configurées.
(si vous avez une TV samsung connectée à une box, c’est très galère de bien config les LEDs parce que le HDR s’enlève tout seul, et ça crée des bugs de couleurs).

So I bought my fancyled second hand unused it wasnt compatible with his pc,fancyled release an uodate that ruined the lights its well known on reddit that many others suffered the same situation, now there telling me there wont help with the firmware to fix because I didnt purchase through them.i didnt want a refund or exchange I wanted a fix to my colours, avoid the customer service is horrendous barly reply to any emails,avoid at all cost and go with govee there far better avoid at all costs there brake stuff and dont take responsibility

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. This company is dishonest and clearly incapable of delivering what they advertise.
I placed my order on December 24, and now they’re saying the delivery date is January 26. Meanwhile, their website claims U.S. delivery takes 1–5 days. That is simply false.
The manager, Ash, has been openly wasting my time with different stories and excuses instead of providing a straight answer or fixing the problem.
Never again. And I can’t even imagine what it would be like if something breaks and you need support.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Trouble Fulfilling Orders & Slow Customer Service Offering Minimal Help
I ordered a Fancyleds Sync Box for my parent’s Christmas gift on Black Friday (over three weeks before Christmas). After sending follow up emails asking the status of my order when it had not shipped for nearly two weeks, I received a response email stating that my order would ship a week and a half before Christmas. Less than a week before Christmas I received another email from their customer support stating that the item was on backorder and would not arrive for quite some time. I was a bit frustrated that it took them this long to tell me and I was now in a hurry to purchase a gift for them. I asked the customer support representative if I could upgrade to a higher model that would arrive in time. They only respond to emails in the middle of the night and once per day. So it was a slow process getting a response. After multiple emails of me trying to make the order work, they’re only offer was $10 off the most expensive model. They would not even include expedited shipping, especially as this issue originated from the company. I ended up canceling my order and never received the sync box.

The product photos and descriptions are extremely misleading on this website. We were led to believe we needed to purchase the "pro bundle" which showed the module in one box and a set of lights for the box in another. This is NOT the case as the module box already COMES with the TV lights that we needed. Contacted customer support to return the now completely unnecessary extra string of LED lights and were rudely told no returns "but here's a video of how to install."
These bundle photos are VERY purposely misleading. Do not fall for their trap.

Defective product does not work with early 2015-2018 Dolby Vision TVs. Mis-sold the product as their website does not state the incompatibility.

Rubbish quality
Rubbish quality, didn’t work from the get go with dead LEDs.
Took photos to ask for a replacement strip but they wanted a video, this new tv is huge and heavy and its just too much work to unmount, take a video, to remount, wait for a replacement from the states to then unmount, replace strips and mount yet again.
For the cost they should just work but this is like cheap chinese quality.
Couldn’t be bothered and in the bin, almost £200 wasted.
Update
I did contact you and said I had photos but you said you wanted a video, I am not unmounting this huge and heavy TV just to have to put it up again and then take it down again and put it up yet again for LED lights that are faulty out of the box and will likely just become faulty again.
Keep the money and this rubbish can go in the bin.

Disapointment
Ik heb ongeveer twee maanden geleden FancyLEDs gekocht en ben er helaas totaal niet tevreden mee. De installatie verliep vlot en de lichten synchroniseren goed met mijn PlayStation, maar sinds ik ze gebruik duurt het bijna een minuut voor mijn PlayStation-beeld verschijnt bij het opstarten.
Ook als ik mijn soundbar aan- of uitzet, duurt het telkens zo’n 30 seconden voor het beeld terugkomt. Deze vertragingen had ik voordien niet.
Voor een product dat mijn setup zou moeten verbeteren, zorgt het vooral voor frustratie. Ik raad FancyLEDs jammer genoeg niet aan.

I purchased one of the most expensive boxes and I had informed them that I never received the package. They said it shows on their end that it was delivered through Amazon so then I asked for proof how Amozon usually takes a picture and they can’t provide that for me and that was that they stopped replying to my messages which I think is horrible because they can’t provide proof that it was delivered and basically asked out of almost $300
Well worth it
I've got quite a few Phillips Hue lights and was weighing up investing into their 2.1 TV sync box Vs FancyLeds 2.1. I couldn't justify the cost of the Phillips system, more so as along with having to purchase the lights separately, they only go around three sides of the TV, so you then need to buy lights bars. You're looking at a total of about £600-700!
And I'm so glad I went with Fancy Led. I had concerns I'd need to be changing the inputanuslly via the box. Nope, it defects input and you can change via the very straight forward phone app.
It was very easy to install (65" TV) and use BUT best of all and this is what sets them apart from maybe Phillips, is the support they offer. I've had a few queries and everytime they've responded straight away and resolved. Love that!
So all in all a great product, works a treat and great support which these days is quite a rare thing. :D
