After reading an article in google about the success of a British engineer inventing a portable air condition unit, I ordered one for £169.99 with a payment to FANLI.COM.
After 2 weeks I received a WALL MOUNTED HEATER, hardly worth more that £20.00. After complaining to a Chinese Company sherum.com, I had to send it back via Royal Mail paying £45.70 and hope, I received a credit...!! HALIFAX BANK (whose c/c I used), advised me to pay the return costs, if it is the Company policy .

Ordered 2 personal air conditioners, total junk, they dont cool and hardly blow. Total waste of money! Paid $169 each, and a $10 fan from the dollar store works better.

The Aircon unit £157 arrived damaged in 2 places. I have tried to call and email on numerous occasions over the last few weeks with no success. I even tried to stop payment through RBS again no success. The goods are flimsy and sold through Totsoo. But invoiced by Fanli.
BEWARE THESE COMPANIES.

I ordered2 A/C units from Fanli. They took 4 weeks to come and are absolute rubbish. 2 units were £ 230.I have found no way of contacting them. If anyone has please let me know.

Ordered a portable “AC”. Two weeks out and nothing. Got a receipt for two units the day of. Now nothing else. Can’t find a website to complain. Third party takes payment. They flat out stole my money. Do not order from this company.

The merchandise does work and I can't reach them. No address or phone!

I ordered an “air conditioner unit’ they said how cold it would make a room etc, i ordered 2 they took almost 4 weeks to come and they are NOT air conditioning units they are cheap and nasty heaters, no better than i would pay £10 for and these where £130 each, cheap nasty crap. I have tried to find any details to email company and i cant find any contact details at all.
I have now found an email, so i have emailed them, but still waiting a reply
