The bonboniere are lovely but I am disappointed with the one I was sent from the gold collection it is the worst design and the one I was hoping I would not get. This situation could be remedied if you simply let customers choose the one they would like, If a design is not available then you should be honest enough to say so, otherwise it is like a game of russian roulette.
This is why I have only given you two stars.

Thank you very much for your feedback Ursula. This is something we are working on now. The reason we have them as mixed colours is because over the years customers have asked us to introduce additional designs and fills which we have been doing as much as possible. Since these are hand made and hand painted by artisans in Kashmir , it does take a very long time to create them and bring them over. And different artists specialise in different designs. Sticking to a colour code was our way of trying to offer as wide a choice as we can to most customers. If you are unhappy with your selection please do contact our customer care team on care@farhi.co.uk and we will be able to replace it for you as long as you haven't opened it yet. Underwhelming box of chocolates
These were a gift. I had high expectations, considering the cost. The chocolate was lovely but they are lacking in flavour. There was barely a hint of grapefruit, rhubard and lime.

My first order with the brand. The recipient who was a friend. Was absolutely delighted with the chocolate gift. I would say it was more of my choice of luxury belgian chocolate. I am highly thought of even more now. Also arrived on time in though I ordered so late.
