Beware: They sent me an inferior diamond than what I ordered
I ordered a specific lab-grown diamond with its IGI certificate number (LG727572151, 3.30 ct, oval cut, color E). They sent me a DIFFERENT diamond with another certificate number (LG787659723, 3.35 ct) and of inferior quality to the one I selected and paid for.
They never notified me about the swap. If I hadn't checked the certificate numbers and measurements, I wouldn't have noticed.
They tried to substitute the product without my authorization. This is a bad business practice.
Check EVERYTHING when you receive:
· IGI certificate number
· Exact weight and measurements
· Compare the stone to the certificate
Don't just trust the invoice. Buying here is a risk.

I 100% agree with you about not calling you about the diamond. We should have called you before setting the 3,35 ct E-VVS2 "(IGI # LG787659723). I'm sure there was something about the 3.33 E-VVS2 that attracted you which we missed. We did not intend to cheat you. We never have with any customer. Hence we sent a return label and issued a full refund ASAP.
We have made some changes in our process to ensure this does not happen again.

Raj was super helpful. I was worried about shipping my family's diamond to him to be mounted but he reassured that all would be well. He let me know as soon as it had been delivered to ease my mind. He then created a gorgeous piece of jewelry that I will cherish the rest of my life. Great customer service from start to finish. I highly reccomend Fascinating Diamonds!!!!
