We're a bit puzzled by this 1-star review of our tiny family business!
Under UK law we have 14 days to refund once the item is delivered back to us. Under the returns policy you agreed to when placing the order, we have 14 days to refund once the order is back with us. And yet, you give us a 1-star review on the 11th day after the item has been returned to us.
Don't you think it's rather unfair to give a 1-star review for a tiny family business that's acting in complete conformity with UK law and the returns policy you agreed to?

Problems quickly acknowledged and resolved
After an initial problem with recognising payment, the Fascinator was delivered within 24 hours in good time for my special event. It was a perfect colour match and very true to the colour described on line. Very good value for money too

We also have a contact us form on our website. So, you would be able to contact us for more details on payment. Also, we sent messages to you about the payment for the order you placed - we received no reply.

They ignore refund requests
Awful customer service – they ignore refund requests. I ordered a flat cap that didn’t fit and requested a refund within 2 days, well within their 14-day policy. Their own autoresponder promised a reply in 2 days, but it’s been 2 weeks, and they’ve ignored both my emails. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help. Avoid this store.
Update: The company responded below, but instead of processing my refund, they made excuses about being a small business and ignored the fact that their autoresponder promised a reply in 2 days, yet I waited 2 weeks. I followed their refund policy exactly and still got no response until I left this review. If they actually cared about customer service, they'd issue my refund instead of making excuses.
