I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The products they advertise in no way resemble what you receive. They are truly horrible. They will offer you 15% not to return and then up it to 20% all the while trying to avoid your request. I started requesting the return address 10 days ago and I am still waiting. Buyer BEWARE of this ripoff company.

The product is absolute garbage and if you want to return it you have to send it to ASIA - this company is NOT in Vancouver.

Absolute scam of a company. Their products are very poor quality. Horrible customer service. Their return policy is a joke that wants you to pay international fee to return their products. you are better off ordering clothes from Temu as they have similar quality. At least Temu does not claim they are Vancouver based company and has normal return policy.

Purchased 3 shirts for $168. They did not look anything like the photos in the ad. The material was terrible, workmanship shoddy and they were too small even though I ordered one size larger. I was offered a 15% then a 20% refund and then was told a full refund only after sending them to China for over $90 shipping! Terrible products, terrible service. I have been scammed out of $168.

I just received what I believed was going to be a lovely blouse. It turned out to be a VERY expensive T-Shirt at $64.95. This product is a VERY cheap, flimsy T-Shirt not worth more than $8-10.00.DO NOT BUY from this CHINA NOT VANCOUVER, CANADA company.

Absolute shite goods. Bought what we thought was a winter coat. Turned out to be an oddly shaped piece of thin felt. Size was wrong. Absolutely hideous

I don’t even want to give a star as it is not even a one. To me it’s a scam. The products are garbage and saying Vancouver in their advertisements is fraud. I could rant more but what’s the point.
I have since received a response from the scammer and if I mail it back to Asia they will give me 15% back but it will cost $30-50 in postage to send. Then offered me 20% back and I can keep the rags. I told them I wanted a FULL REFUND and I would send back to their “VANCOUVER” address which is non-existent .SO BE WARNED

Nora & Max Vancouver is a company in China. I wish I had read these reviews & not ordered from this company. They are a complete scam. What they send you is nothing like the pictures online … cheap fabric, super small sizing, very poorly made. Do yourself a huge favour … DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, or you will be out money & stuck with ugly product to get rid of.

Purchased a coat and received a flannel jacket that looks like a kindergarten kid sewed. Item was not as advertised

This is about Nora and Max. It looks good but isn’t. The photos are very misleading. The delivery estimate is inaccurate. The prices are wildly high for what ends up arriving - cheap fabric with patterns that look like texture but aren’t. I was afraid they did not exist but they are real, just not genuine. Hence two stars. Seems like no connection with Canada.

The quality is crap Asian sweat shop quality nothing like yo see on the advertised it’s SCAM All day long spent over 150 dollars for two shirts that are crap crap material not accurate sizing smells like chemicals and such a SCAM

Scam! I’m in Canada and it’s named Nora and Max with a story about a single mom owning the company and Canadian made products. Sure wish I checked these reviews before ordering. The clothes are nothing like the pictures and terrible quality. I just received them today so haven’t started the return debacle.

Absolutely a scam!!! What arrived is total garbage and I intend to contact every agency I can to have my money returned and get their e-commerce shut down to prevent others from buying their poor product!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I placed my order. I agree the pictures are nothing like what actually arrived and then the return policy is an absolute joke saying that it is my responsibility to return the items to Asia at my expense or accept a measly 15% Refund this is unacceptable. Please take the Canadian flag off of your namebrand if this is how you want to do business. You should be ashamed of yourself- do not order from this company.

I bought 2 blouses from Nora & Max Vancouver. Total rip off. The items were nothing like what is shown in their ad. The fabric was cheap, poorly sewn and the size not even close. I reached out to customer service and the best they could offer was 20% refund. If I wanted 30% refund I had to mail the blouses back to China in a tracked package which would have cost the same as the actual purchase. SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered linen pants per their sizing rec. label on pants said polyester and pants were at least two sizes too small. Wrote to them about returning, no response. Wrote again and now I’m blocked. AVOID!

What a scam this company is. The clothing I received looks nothing like the photo on their website. And the material used is cheap and uncomfortable. There isn’t even any labels on the clothing identifying what it’s made of. There are no labels at all! Some cheaply made in China crap clothes. I’m so mad.
