Worst quality dresses
I purchase a dress online and the buttons and fabric were so cheap I never felt so disappointed as it was for my birthday it also took 5 weeks to come. Do not buy from this shop you’ll thank me later!

Dodgy goods, no returns
Dodgy goods, false advertisingThey sell items not true to what's advertised and then refuse to honour their return policy or provide a form to complete the request, despite it meeting all of their own criteria.
They are dodgy and rely on you giving up and walking away with whatever crap they sent you.

Words cannot express my experience here.
I recently ordered from this company, I had placed the order end of October around the 20th, it got to around the 25th and my order still hadn’t been packed or dispatched so I had emailed them asking them many various questions like; What’s the update on my order, are you guys located in Australia, do you have any idea of when my parcel will be delivered ect. They proceeded to email me back a day later did not answer one of my questions and proceeded to tell me “ I know your eager for your order, But it will be dispatched When it is ready” and that was it. I then emailed them back again stating that they did not answer any of my questions. Then I did some digging finding out that they are located in HONG KONG! I tried to call them earlier on in the week but their number on their website Starts with +61 So obviously, I thought it was an Australian number but they had just put their Hong Kong number after +61, so obviously I couldn’t call it. Than I sent An email stating that I did not want this order anymore that it will not come in time for the event that I need it, they refuse to give me a refund and dispatched it that same day, to avoid the refund. It is now the 4th of November, and As I keep checking my shipping updates, it’s still says “processing”. I do not recommend this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I made an order on 01.08.24
I made an order on 01.08.24. I had to threaten them that I would run an ad on radio warning people about them, in order to get my purchase, which I then received part of it, when I complained I didn't get it all they said they no longer had the item and they would reimburse me. STILL NO MONEY RETURNED. Don't purchase anything.
