Excellent Services move from lo don to Scotland. We alredy used this compny few time. Great services and good rates for removal and cleaning.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. DO.NOT.USE!!!

We hired this company just for packing services as I am heavily pregnant and my partner is on nightshifts before our moving day. They sent a very aggressive and intimidating man that did a terrible job then proceeded to refuse to leave until we paid an outrageous amount for the awful service. He kept telling my partner to leave and would not listen to instruction about what needs to be left out v’s packed away. Glasswear and ceramics were shoved in boxes with no bubble wrap, my partners collection of vinyls were squished and broken but heavy books being chucked on top of them. He refused to finished the job so has left us in a mess for moving day with lots still to pack. He also sat in our chair helping himself to food and chucking the rubbish on the floor - I could go on….

Avoid avoid AVOID they are crooks.

Don't use - sent people who had no idea what they were doing. Claimed couldn't be done without additional charge and another person. Van used was too small, although we had taken FIR through a video of what we had to move. They employ sub-contractors in this case "cow"boys who claimed they had not being given details of job requirements. Incapable of doing the job without my constant supervision and help - unable to get furniture through doors!!! Obviously this is not what you have to face with a tight deadline. Took advantage of that. My move was temporary and am moving again but will not be using them. I guess happy users had different subcontractors. They were lucky. Sadly I was not.

I had an awful experience with this company. They took 14 hours to do a job that should have been 9-5. Had no idea how to disassemble things. My partner had to do most of it. They had a tiny and ineffective tool kit (undoing bolts with pliers as an example) which meant they had to use ours. On the other side my partner and I put together three sofas and a super king bed in the time they built a bunk bed and double bed.

They gouged a hole in my door and 19th century parquet floor, scratched and gouged my beautiful teak wood bed frame, chipped paint and plaster off the walls, put a huge scratch in the wall paper, and then to top it all off, when I called during the move to complain they said it was my word against theirs!

Finally when they’d finished, they said I owed them £814 instead of £580 because of the time it took. Needless to say I didn’t pay. The owner - Yasar - was so rude to me earlier on the phone and then tried to sweet-talk me into paying more money because their entire outfit is substandard.

Do NOT use this company if you want your stuff to be moved with care and intelligence.

Awful service, dirty vans , unprofessional drivers. The staff are rude. They are unable to complete basic tasks like re assembling furniture. Furtniture is damaged and the head office hide behind terms and conditions to prevent any refunds. Do not use this company. They are cowboys and will try and bully you into giving extra cash at the end of the booking - they resorted to shouting and caused a huge scene despite full payment already made a few hours before - STAY AWAY

Do not use this removal company. Awful service. The removals company damaged multiple pieces of furniture which i am trying at length with their claims department to get compensation for. There claims department never reply or look to resolve matters and clearly have very poor customer service. They sub contract the work, so they have little control over the service they can provide. Vans are dirty and delivery drivers are not equipped to re assemble furniture. Stay away from using this company at all costs.

Do not use this removal company, we had the most stressful and unprofessional experience with our recent move. Considering we had someone from the office do a survey of our flat and belongings, they sent the wrong size van and not enough people for the job. The removal men were rude, unprofessional, asking inappropriate questions to me as a woman managing the move alone while my partner was at the new address. They would not stop complaining from start to finish that boxes were heavy and the amount of furniture there was and threatening that it would cost more money if they needed a second van. At the new address my partner was pressured into paying for the full service even though the job was not finished and the removers were holding our things to ransom until the money was paid. They continued to complain about heavy boxes unloading, they put our bed together in the most awful way and it is now damaged beyond repair, they also did not put our sofa back together properly. They damaged walls when removing the sofa and we have not received a response regarding the claim for this despite numerous chases. All in all a terrible experience in an already stressful situation whereby we, the paying customer, were made to feel like we were in the wrong from start to finish. Stay clear these guys are cowboys

Very good service, very accommodating and incredibly fast. Definitely ask them to help for my next move :) werde able to rebuild bed without manual in 10mins

I am not happy at all and I wouldn't recommend this company.
They have been very difficult since the beginning, they didn't quote the job properly and they have not been helpful at all in a stressful moment as the moving process is.
In addition to the above, on the day of the move, they charged me an extra hour even if they didn't work an extra hour. I have tried to ask for my money back and they are now ignoring me.

I used their removal services for my stuff to be moved to a storage unit. I was able to book a slot on a short notice and they delivered a professional service. The collection and the delivery went very smoothly. Jideh was on time and very helpful. They made my moving out stress free!

Asif and his colleague arrived on time. They were very helpful and even given some extra boxes for free as we were running short on them. They loaded our furniture and boxes with care.
Will definitely recommend them.

Hi , I have used there services they were extremely good. Everything was on spot , accurate and done on time. Really liked there services. Extremely proffesional.

We moved from london to spain in 2000 pounds the guys were very professional and the did it very well and i highly recommend it

Good job. They was at time. Worked hard and didn’t go before they finished to bring everything. Our table were bigger than door and they were have to apart it and complete again after. Some stuff was very heavy, but they were able to manage it.
