We can’t recommend Christian at FastMove enough. His opening hours are brilliant & we really liked not having to wait for feedback until Monday after a weekend viewing. Christian kept in constant contact with us & updated us immediately with any new information that had arisen & talked us through step by step what we needed to do throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble or a silly question.

Everything went very smoothly and we were updated regularly. We have sold 2 properties with Fastmove and have a third property with them at the moment.

The service we received from FastMove for the sale of our property was excellent. From the outset they provided good advice, were realistic about the property value and sale prospects and were constantly available to handle queries and chase solicitors to progress the sale. The photos they took were very good and they were able to secure a sale for us in less than three weeks. I would have no hesitation recommending them over any traditional (and more expensive) high street agents.

Above and beyond. Christian really puts in the work. Right from the first day when he came to take photos of the property, he was moving my heavy boxes out of the way himself to get the best photos. Throughout the process he was available constantly for all my silly questions and talked me through things patiently. House moves are stressful, but he was always there with a solution. He’s more than just an estate agent, he’s emotional support as well. He checked up on me, as well as my sale and for that I am so grateful. All of this at a fraction of what other estate agents charge and available 7 days a week, early until late, because that’s when most people want to get in touch. I don’t know any other company that offers this level of service. I most definitely highly recommend him and his company.

Christian strives to make this experience as smooth, stress free, efficient and effective process. He is direct, straight talking and doesn’t sugar coat it. We had every confidence in him that he was working tirelessly to guide and support us to achieve our goals. Our first meeting was a viewing of a property, arranged and viewed within an hour on a Sunday, many estate agents don’t work weekends, and that is when the majority want viewings. Straight back when negotiating with offers you you’re not left wondering and waiting. He is very professional,always returns calls and messages promptly. He also gives you options and great advice. And last but not least his fees, he is worth every penny and more. Added bonus when it’s a fixed fee you know where you stand, with terms and conditions. If he recommends a solicitors to get you through the process, take it- we used Wilkinson Woodward, excellent service throughout. Thank you Christian for ensuring we are now living the dream.

From day one Christian went out of his way to get the property on the market, giving advice on the best way to present the property, even when you thought it looked perfect there were other points he'd suggest and was hands on to help get these done as a result the walk through video made the property look great. He was very good with relaying the appointments, and offering advice when asked. He never suggested dropping the price and the property sold fairly quickly..
Deling with the solicitor was problematic but Christian rolled his sleeves up on that one too.
This is the first review I've written but I felt I had to sort that people can use Fast move as a better option than the usual estate agents. I forgot to mention that their opening hours outstrip the usual estate agents too.

Christian has a lot of knowledge in this area and was a great support to us through the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions we had, at any point.
From the start of the process it was clear and obvious that Christian is professional and passionate about his business. He was clear in what works best and was honest about our property and selling points about it.
We liked the basic elements of the service which worked for us, for example, no board, no leaflets, no nonsense, and straight to the point.
He gave advise, recommended solicitors, made appointments for potential buyers and the fact that it was a straight fee rather than percentage of selling price made us feel more confident that he was working on our behalf rather than lining his own pockets.
Whilst the company is called ‘Fastmove’, we found the process longer than expected which we must point out is not due in any way to Christian and his business.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Christian again and will recommend him to our family or friends.
