I went into the Aberdeen store and some of the items weren’t in stock. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and placed an on line order to be collected at another store. It was so easy and the delivery was really quick.

Poorly packaged
Poorly packaged and trousers all creased had to get them cleaned and pressed. Won't order online from Fat face again.

Postage to pay on returns?
Paid £4.99 postage for a shirt that turned out to fit and feel like a sack, with oversize buttons and a Harry Hill collar. Didn't like it, so sent it back, cost £2.49.. postage.
£7 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Great store!
The man working (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very pleasant and helpful! He was working by himself I believe but he greeted everyone coming into the store which was lovely.

Favourite clothes shop
The staff were attentive without being intrusive. There was a good choice of clothes and sizes.
