Amazing service from Harriet
Amazing service from Harriet. Purchased a coat at an alternative store, Banbury store processed return with no problems and ordered a new one online for me. Unfortunately order was cancelled due to an admin error and sold out however Harriet traced me a new one and went out of her way to have it shipped to Banbury despite almost everywhere being out of stock. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Harriet I was warm and snuggley in the recent snow thanks to you!

The jumper is beautiful in colour and quality. I purchased this in the sale, otherwise the price would have normally put me off buying it. Absolutely love it.

Great customer service from a lovely young Man.
I had 3 items to return that I’d had for about 6 weeks(as I paid by Klarna) and I was worried it was too late to return them but it was absolutely fine and sorted and a full refund given.
I use FatFace regularly as the clothes really are great quality and last years. Always great service!

Never disappointed
I have always found Fat Face to have great quality clothes. I am never disappointed. Their customer service team is great too. Would highly recommend.

Above and beyond …
Amanda the lady who served me went above and beyond, only a couple of my gift cards scanned through as having any credit on them ,this was due to them being old style gift cards from a supermarket. Amanda manually typed them in and they all held a monetary value.
