I ordered a coat online and was lovely but too big ,I ordered a smaller size & took my return to Next store,whole experience was very good & simple. Fatface has always been a big part of my wardrobe! 😀

Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the store.
Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the Cowes store though unfortunately my journey there was delayed by more than a week. However and in spite of this the staff kindly kept it until I could eventually travel to Cowes. Very kind of them and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Great looking clothing that lasts and lasts with no signs of wear. Was on a week stay on IOW first half of April this year and dropped the Cowes FatFace store to be greeted by a couple of very friendly informative ladies and made several purchases but also made me aware of the Web site which I since purchase an item that had sold out.
