Picked up online order from Buchanan…
Picked up ordered items from Buchanan Street, Glasgow branch. Process very easy, tried on jacket and it was a good fit, staff gave me a bag to get it home, as on line order bag damaged upon opening. It was more convenient when we still had a branch at Silverburn Glasgow, but still doable.

Problems in returning items bought from a gift card.
Purchased online with a gift card. Topped up the card to make the full payment. One item was not suitable so had to return. Returned via a high street store and decided on another top to swap out. The store informed I would be fully refunded the cost of the original top and that I would have to pay for the new top separately.
I was in fact only partially refunded and then received a top up gift card making up the difference. Meaning, I paid extra for a top I didn't really want, and received £10.50 in gift vouchers that I cannot realistic use..
I cannot return the new top as I had removed the tags. All very frustrating, and a process that is more confusing than American politics.
Sort it out folks...

I recently shopped in fatface glasgow and the employee who helped me was grace! she was excellent at helping me pick out the perfect gift for my dad. She talked me through their best products and effectively helped me complete my order!

I ordered 2 different pairs of earrings. They were delivered quickly and look exactly the same on the website. Would highly recommend their jewellery.
