Easy shopping experience, lots of space in the changing room and just the right amount of help given.

Pleasant staff, nice product (short-sleeved shirt). The only negative was that the range of shirts was limited and I only found one that I liked.

First time I have visited the store in Nottingham. Very easy to find the store from the tramline. The store was clean and tidy, give a good shopping experience.

Quick delivery to store, staff were friendly on collection (as usual), the jumper looks like it’s great quality with long sleeves, for extra coziness. Haven’t had the chance to wear it yet.

ordered 2 tee shirts online, all easy and picked up from store. one did not fit and simple return and re-order. staff were very helpful

This one star rating does not reflect the service from Fat Face which is excellent ! I have spoken to them on the phone 3 times, and they couldn’t be more helpful. Products also excellent. The problem is with Evri, who are very unreliable……numerous delivery estimations,left on doorstep, and no attempt to ring doorbell, and all delayed /changed. Everyone in our village are moaning about Evri, and I fear it will cost Fat Face some online business if they continue to use them in our area.

Excellent service when purchasing a item or returning a item

The shop was welcoming and wel laid out.
I had to exchamge an item and this was done seemlessly.

The shop is well laid out and the staff are pleasant and very helpful.
I ordered on line this time and collected the items at the shop. Very smooth process.
I love Fatface clothes. I am an older person who wants to look good and stay fashionably relevant. The clothes fit well and are amazing quality.

I bought some leather shoes a week ago.
I have worn them once . They now have a large mark on the side of the shoe which won’t come off . I had proof that I had them for only a week!
I returned to the shop in Nottingham to ask if they could be replaced. The manager was most unhelpful.
She said they had been worn inappropriately (only worn approx for 3 hrs )used in the rain, as the buckles she said were rusty, I had not worn them in the rain . Leather shoes surely can be worn when the weather is unpredictable but as I said I hadn’t worn them in the rain . I had worn them outside but only to the postbox.

I rang Fatface and was told its policy is not to refund as they had been worn outside and it was the manager’s decision.
I am quite saddened at the way the manager in the shop dealt with my request and her attitude . I have always enjoyed going in to the Fatface shop in Nottingham as the staff are so friendly .
This experience, I am sad to say , has made me not want to go into the shop again .

Sale buy in a shop (Nottingham). I didnt go in intending to buy trousers, but these were on a mannequin and I thought they looked good. As usual with Fatface sizing, I was able to wear a size smaller than I actually measure. The trousers are well made in a sturdy cotton, but drape nicely and are not stiff. Reasonable sale price and lovely greeny blue colour.

Ordered online. Collected in store. Always good quality and value for money.

They were able to send an item that I wanted to my local shop so I didn’t need to travel to Nottingham to pick it up and it was postage free - brilliant

Used the click and collect option and found it easy and straight forward.

All good with a very quick delivery from the point of order.

Visited the Nottingham store after a specific item. Unfortunately the Nottingham store has ladies upstairs and because I knew what I wanted and didn't need to browse, I didn't really want to go up the lift with the pushchair. The store assistant went and found the item for me and even brought down a different version as well. Whilst waiting, I spoke to the young woman on the till who was ever so friendly. It was nice to have such friendly service!

Staff are always friendly and extremely Helpful.
