My delivery is going to the wrong address
The staff in the Reading store were excellent and very helpful. They took my address details but today I have received a message from evri that my parcel is being delivered to the Southampton store rather than my home address. I live in Reading!! I am unable to change the delivery address.

Retail can often be disappointing but not here!!! Trying to find a dress (one I have already in a different print which was out of stock online). Bracknell store were perfect on the phone- very helpful but our of stock. Reading store were amazing!!! I called and they found two dresses in my size and put them by for me. Great service when I was in store too. Big thanks for everything! Retail often gets a hard time but this customer experience, from both stores, was text book perfect. Well done 😊

Return for exchange
When returning boots to exchange for a smaller size the shop assistant was extremely helpful and managed to arrange for my size to be delivered to me.

Great customer service
I went to Reading and popped into the branch and found a sweatshirt I really liked, I was going to buy the large size but the assistant said a medium would be better. There were none in store. However she suggested I look online; she had first checked that a medium size was still available but recommended ordering sooner than later to avoid disappointment as they were ‘going fast’.
I took assistant’s advise and bought online there and then in colour (pale violet) I liked. It was delivered post free in a couple of days! All the staff were friendly and helpful there. Thanks all at Fatface, Broad Street, Reading

Ordering online was easy
Ordering online was easy, however needed to return all items as they were all to big. Gutted!
The lady who dealt with refund was lovely and I wasn’t made to feel awkward.
I did see a pair of trousers in shop after sorting refund which fitted perfect and same lady dealt with the transaction.

Very Nice
The delivery of my purchase took a little long to arrive.
But the vests that i ordered are spot on. Very good quality. The only downside is that i couldn't get more in the colours i wanted.

Ashley in Reading Fatface is a customer service star
Ashley in Fatface Reading was so helpful to me on Saturday April 30th. I wanted a bag; Ashley found all of the bags in the shop in the storeroom, having looked on the website with me to determine which style I liked. He was patient and knowledgeable while I tried them all, and Perry too offered advice. What a friendly and professional team.
