A pleasant shopping experience
Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at saffron Walden. Always a pleasure to visit with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The stock is always displayed well and new arrivals are frequent, so it’s worth dropping in on a regular basis. Keep up the good work.

Excellent and speedy service online and instore
Website was easy to use and order arrived extremely quickly, less than 24 hours after purchase. The clothes I ordered were of good quality and though I did have to return some boots, due to the fit not being right, the return was really easy and the staff in store were really lovely and helpful.

The bootleg jeans are really fantastic. Not only is the waist just right but the leg length is spot on. They are very comfortable and look great.

Saffron Walden Fat Face are wonderful! I needed a very specific T shirt for a Christmas present. The women at Saffron Walden were brilliant; they found me the perfect T shirt... but didn't have the right size...!
