Great Service in Sidmouth
I bought some trousers online and collected from your shop in Sidmouth. They didn’t fit so I took them back and exchanged them for a different size. The customer service in the shop was excellent. However, it was strange that I had to pay for the exchanged trousers and that the refund for the returned trousers would come from Head Office which would take a few days. Considering it was a straight exchange this was a little odd, though I do understand the original purchase was online it didn’t feel very favourable to the customer. That said, no fault at all with the shop and the team there but maybe something for Head Office to consider. The trousers are great. Good quality and great price in the Sale.

Good product, true to size and excellent service
Good service. I ordered a linen shirt to collect in a different county where I was going to be on holiday. No problems, everything went smoothly. The shirt is a good fit and true to size.

Staff at Sidmouth store
Brilliant service @ Fat Face Sidmouth. Thanks to Connie and Jennie. Went out of their way to find a top for me when the sale had finished and all items had been bagged up! They did find the top I wanted.! Happy customer!!

This is the second time when we have ordered things and they go missing and all you do is refund us, if things are going missing you should be looking at your processes and getting it sorted, if they are being stolen you should change the carrier, will not be ordering again.

Helpful friendly staff (Sidmouth branch) had to order two item sizes for me, quick delivery. Quick refund on the size not needed. In fact ended up buying another item. Nice quality products which reflects in the price.
