Love the Fatface store in St Andrews. Such a welcoming store - staff are so nice and friendly. Exceptional customer care from Kirsty who helped me source a backpack that I needed for a Xmas present.

Ordered online.....collected at St Andrews then spent more money. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Fat face means good quality clothing and I like their donation clothes too. What a great idea.

I was able to try on my Fat face online order in store, and return an item that I chose not to keep.
For the zip up hoodie which I love and is so comfy, I had to get a refund and re buy it in the size I wanted to exchange it for.
Otherwise all good in the end.

What a great group of people that work in FatFace in St Andrews, cheerful, helpful, friendly and went out their way to help me. It makes the shopping experience so must better especially when you are disabled. One slight thing that should be noted by those at the top of the golden towers, a ramp at the door would make life a little better, if Costa coffee next door can do it, I am sure Fatface can spare £50!!

I found the staff extremely helpful, the only complaint I have is that online discounts are not offered in store and I prefer to shop in the actual stores.

This pricing system is not helping keep our high street shops open.

St Andrews shop staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful when I popped in couple of months ago (forgot to write a review)
I was looking for another pair of jeans that I had previously bought online, the lady went away looking for what they had in the back to check colours and sizes, didn’t have what I was needing but looked online for me and managed to find a Jean in the stock that would match the colour available online.
It is tricky to find my size in the shops (18 long) and wide fit.
The lady and young lad serving were extremely helpful, thank you to both, my jeans arrived a few days later and are perfect

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at FatFace St. Andrews and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive shopping experience. I informed staff that I only buy clothes that are sustainable and from stores that help the planet. I usually shop as local and eco as possible and felt FatFace employees went out their way to tell me about their clothing and the journey they are on. They were attentive to my needs, offering helpful advice and assistance without being pushy or overbearing (unlike some stores I shop in). It was easy to locate the items in the story and was clearly tidy and organised.
Furthermore, the quality of the clothing was top-notch. The materials are durable and comfortable. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and I will definitely be returning in the future and encourage others to give them a try as well, especially in the St. Andrews store. Thank you to Natasha and the team! Next time I am in St Andrews I will visit again!

Such a happy positive atmosphere with lovely smells, clothes and music. Such a fabulous shop to have in St. Andrews! Amazing Customer service too, has to be one of my favourite shops 😊

I ordered on 15th March. I called the store on 27th March and was told that I should receive an email letting me know when they have it. She said that it had been delivered to the wrong store and that was causing the delay. I called the store again today on 1st April and they said yes they received it on the 29th March. I never received an email and it took 2 weeks to deliver.

Lovely friendly atmosphere at the St Andrews Scotland store!! The staff was super helpful and were all showing off the recent offers! It was such a great experience shopping here. Thanks June and the whole team!

Faulty chinos (only 3 months old), couldn't locate receipt, guy in the St Andrews store said it wouldn't be a problem to replace as they had only just gone on sale, but manageress overruled him and was only only given a voucher for the sale value (less than half the price)

My items were delivered swiftly and great quality as always.
The staff in my local store are always cheery and friendly.
I only wish they offered the 10% discount to pharmacies as they do NHS workers and teachers etc.

Being able to order petite sizes in everyday clothes is a great find never new you done them until I saw an advert showing you done dungarees now have 2 pairs and anouther 2 coming great fit great length and great quality thank you guys kind regards anne
