Excellent customer service from Chiara in St Andrews store. Item I was looking for was not in stock in store but was advised that item could be ordered by store and delivered to my home at no extra cost.

I visited your shop in St Andrews and…
I visited your shop in St Andrews and was served by a lady who I assume was a fairly new staff member. She was a bit nervous and not sure of how to properly work the till. She was however very friendly and I am sure she will be great once she is a bit more experienced

Satisfaction from staff member
My praise to FatFace branch in St Andrews, who after many months, finally secured a very welcome refund.
Despite continuing emails, nothing was resolved. A visit to the branch to make some purchases, resorted in discussing this issue.
The young lady moved heaven and earth to deal with this, and for that I say a huge thank you.
I have omitted from mentioning her name, but she will know who she is.
