Website was easy to use. I chose to have my order delivered to my local store and was updated on when it would arrive. The quality of my order as always is great, always well-made.

FatFace Welwyn
I love visiting this shop! The layout is always fresh, with items always thoughtfully rearranged to create a new experience every time. It keeps things interesting and makes browsing really enjoyable.
One thing I’d love to see is a wider selection of men's clothing, as the range is usually quite limited. Expanding that would make the store even better.
Overall, it’s always a great experience – welcoming, well-organized, and full of stylish finds. Looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been shopping at Fatface in WGC and around for quite a few years. I love the service you get. The Sales Assistants are always very friendly and helpful. The clothes are comfortable, stylish but not too overdressed. The material is soft and the colours so beautiful. I love their handbags and boots. You can’t walk past the shop without going in. The window displays entice you in. 🤩🌷

Trousers too tapered
Ordered tapered cropped trousers in green. Liked the material, liked the elasticated waist, very comfy fit. However, they were quite fitted and about 3 inches from my ankle. They didn’t look right on me so returned, sadly.
