Poor customer relations in your Welwyn…
Poor customer relations in your Welwyn Garden city store. Will be dealing with head office as soon as they open and won’t return to this store again!
*Update* thank you to customer services for today. I’d like to add that my family and I love the FatFace brand and will continue to use them online and at Rushden Lakes where I’ve never had any issues. I will post their own well deserved reviews separately.

Hi Marilyn
Thank you very much for your warm feedback which I will pass on to the team down there. I know they will appreciate it and are looking forward to seeing again in the future. I hope your long weekend is going well. MJ
Excellent customer service
A massive thank you and shout out to Sue and Collette for their big smiles and amazing customer service. I was really disappointed when after going to three different stores I wasnt able to find the shoes in the size I wanted. Collette immediately took it upon herself to check the back storage and then the warehouse. Eventually with some help from Sue they were able to find me literally the last pair ship it to the Welwyn store a day later. Such an amazing and patient team! Their dedication made my day so much better! Thank you both!
