Consider changing the delivery company. I never received a 2 hour delivery window as promised. As a result I missed calls from the driver, who also went to the wrong address for unknown reasons.... Ver mais

Very easy to place order
Very easy to place order. It did take us a while to choose one though 😂 because there’s to many nice ones to choose from but really happy with our choice ☺️

Ordering was really straightforward
Ordering was really straightforward, and the site gave helpful suggestions for accessories that make the build easier — things I wouldn’t have thought of myself, like the slide anchor. We’re really looking forward to receiving it and seeing how much our 5- and 6-year-old enjoy it over the next few years.

Quality at competitive prices.
Good selection of products to choose from at competetive prices. Offer to increase warranty to fifteen years provides extra confidence in the quality of the product as does the fact the product is manufactured in Germany. Straight forward ordering process too. Overall, a positive experience thus far.
