Doesn't withdrawl money

i have seen this site on HLTV.org which is esports web and i just trusted this site. After deposit 300Cad$ made a couple single bets and decided to make a parlay bet for 300$ and i won 1.2k, then i requested a withdraw for E-transer on April 7, but it still not proccessed and i still can cancel it, support says it just a delay, and they are so sorry, but i see it like a SCAM, do not waste your time and money on it

update april 12: recieved half of withdrawl amout(750$) but finally recived it, but very long delay time, still waiting for rest

Seriously watch out you don’t get scammed I had a argument with a agent about a withdrawal after that a deposited £100 I did 400 spins on gates of Olympus and didn’t get 1 base game hit, they obviously modded the game, I reported the website threw my Monzo account and got a full refund, after that experience I don’t trust online slots again

Crooks and terrible customer service

As so many other writing, This company are crooks, the customer service is appalling the worse I have witnessed! They dont respond by email or chat despite giving reassurances they will. They dont withdraw quickly and put made up limits on requests. I have complained to the gaming commission about them, they should be shut down. Be careful with exchange rates, they take more from your account than you are given to play with, they blamed it on banking charges, what a load of rubbish, they use high exchange rates.

Very poor for paying out they don't want to pay.
Also same games as other sites though they must have set so not a lot of wins unlike the same games on other sites . Near on impossible to close account stear clear

First of all i won in this game around…

First of all i won in this game around 5000 usd later when am going to withdraw it says my withdrawal limited exceeded try tomorrow now it's almost 6 days I took this issue to customer service and also to my personal manager as am vip client on level 5 I have a personal manager he is also not replying to my msg just telling me working on it . Now am really frustrated talking to the customer service and writing emails
But no reply till now i really don't know what to be done. It's really bad service i can say and would tell people not to trust this site anymore...

Blocked account and no payment of funds and lack of reply from support

After a month of betting without issues on Fatpirate with successful deposits and widthrawals and betting history, I had 500 EUR of pending widthrawal and made another deposit of 500 EUR that was bet entirely with wins and losses.
Suddendly they do not let me enter on my account on the next day stating that the account was under analysis. No more feedback was given until I contacted support and they replied that the administration decided to close the account with my deposit and a balance around 2,000EUR in total without any explanation or reason since there was no violation of any kind from my side against to their terms and conditions.
KYC contacted me to provide documents to widthraw funds. I send documents 1 week ago, no more replies were given, live chat only says to do a complaint.
I am available to provide any documents or proofs to solve the issue and withdraw the balance that contains my deposit and the winnings that were rightfully earned in accordance to their rules as they can analyse and review accordingly.
At this moment they cut my access to the account without reason or explanation, don't reply to my support tickets and are holding my balance!
UPDATE 20/04
After 1 and a half months of waiting, they accepted the documents and issued the whole payment of the balance. In the end they payed but after a lot of effort fron my side. Customer support through email is bad, they don’t reply. However live chats are helpful.
