Impeccable service for Miele vacuum cleaner repair. Very professional service. Dominic quickly diagnosed the issue, took the unit away for repair and promptly returned fully functioning.

My oven was broken, and the engineer fixed it very quickly. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, both in diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Would highly recommend.

The fault was to a Samsung double door fridge freezer less than 2 years old. The freezer fan stopped working so I contacted this company for the repair through Check a Trade.
Booking was easy and efficient and the engineer Dominic turned up on schedule fully prepared for the repair. He was knowledgeable and efficient and identified the problem and resolved it quickly despite it required the removal and replacement of the freezer door.
An excellent job well done by a very pleasant man. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend Dominic . He came to fix my dishwasher that broke on Christmas Day and whilst he was here I mentioned a problem with my washing machine and now both are working perfectly . We contacted Faultfree engineering to repair our Bosch oven. There was excellent communication from the outset and they were polite and knowledgeable. A replacement part was required and they attended on a second occasion to finish the repairs. We now have a working oven! I would definitely recommend Faultfree engineering group.

The Engineer was so professional that he was so prompting during the repair for my Miele washing machine that found fault in few minutes and after repairing the washing machine to normal working condition he gave me tips of how look after it to avoid such damages from happening.I recommend faultfree Engineering group to anyone with appliance repair issues.

One of their engineers fixed my fridge. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it right away. He also took the time to explain what had gone and offered tips on how to avoid similar issues re occurring. Very happpy with their service.
