OMG!!! Wow these shirt are amazing. Good quality, great sizing, they look amazing. I will definitely be ordering from these again. It does take up to 4 weeks for them to arrive, but we'll worth the wait. Contact was good, I asked questions and got replies every time. I received a tracking number with royal after a week and just kept checking it. Saved over £100 getting these shirts. Names on the back look great too. Well impressed

Hi I ordered from these on 21st August somehow I think have changed names to fako looks the same and prices are too ask for refund don’t order from them

I ordered two millwall third shirts and two weeks later they came NOT colour they showed! Poor quality! Save your money don’t bother!

Ordered a replica Feyenoord shirt for my grandson two weeks ago. No order tracking available and no response to email requests for progress report. My bank have confirmed that payment went to an account in Hong Kong (!!??) - and now my debit card details have been hacked. Can’t help wondering if there is a link here. AVOID.

Despite all the negative reviews, which had me worried, I did receive both the shirts I purchased, (they even rectified an order issue - somehow we got confirmation for the wrong away top and Fauna amended the order and replied to my email!) Great quality have been worn and washed without issue, communication with Fauna was slow as was delivery hence the 4☆ however for the price £18 instead of £80 I have a happy Hammer!

Absolute scam , my order was placed 3 months ago and I still haven’t seen it

It has been over a month since I placed my order and still have not receives my item.
They appear to be a scam and I will be reporting this company to trading standards

Wish I could put no stars! Ordered 2 Ipswich football shirts on the 19/7/25. I chased the order on 19/8/25 and was told my order was being expedited “please be patient” !! I emailed again on the 13/9/25 stating I still had not received my order and asked how patient they expected me to be as my original order was dated 19/7/25. They replied that they were currently out of stock and were restocking so it might take some time. Would I be interested in buying two different t shirts as an exchange!! I requested a refund on the 17/9/25. Their next reply from them said how their suggested different jerseys were of good quality, that I would love them and offered me a 10% discount on my new order! And asked if they could send me the jerseys!! I politely said no thank you and again asked for a refund. I wish I had checked online reviews before ordering, this company must be a scam. I have put a dispute claim to my credit card with the hope of recouping my money back as I don’t hold out much hope of getting a refund! Prove me wrong faunasports and refund me my money please

Ordered two items on 16th August . After a couple of emails I did get a response a few days later saying there was a delay .
One item did arrive a 5 weeks later ,no paperwork regarding the other item,again I emailed,no timely response .I then made a claim for a refund with PayPal and they agreed to refund the non delivered item .Fauna then sent me an email that said stop the PayPal refund and we will sort it out !! They are just so difficult to deal with!Buyer beware is all I can say and use PayPal.

Don't waste your money they don't send you the item i contracted my bank for a refund please don't use them

They say they need 5 to 7 working days before posting but my package took nearly a month to reach me, customer service was slow without giving any details of when it would be delivered. When the package was delivered the 2 items were the wrong size by 2 sizes so was no good, would not use them again.

This company are scammers . I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased . I bought two Everton away shirts one men’s and one women’s . I had no notification. About postage and then when the first one arrived not only was it marked , it was different colour , thin crappy material , wrong badge and the collar is diffident to the original . I messaged them straightaway as I wasn’t happy with quality and still down one shirt . They advertise 100% genuine . These shirts are no more genuine than I am the pope . I have demanded a full refund , threatened them with trade misdescriptions for them to offer me a 10% refund . They are not even worth that . Don’t touch with a barge pole . They are just scammers £64 for a bit of tat

Ive not had any issue with the store. I ordered the lfc nike champions shirt and what they sent is actually either the legit top or an extremely amazing fake. I can't tell the difference. Did take a few weeks to come. But its saved me nearly £100

Ordered shirts in may. Didn’t arrive until July and it was the wrong strip. They didn’t send the second strip or my money back.
They don’t answer questions in emails and avoid sending money back.
Do not use this company they are horrendous!
They don’t even deserve a 1 but I can’t give a 0.

Ordered a top from fauna i emailed them after a week for an update on my order, got a answer and a tracking number , it took 2 weeks to come , and I can't fault the football top it looks great for the price(really can't tell any difference), if you have patience to wait a few weeks I would recommend them, but check the size guide as they are slightly smaller than the shops , I mean what do you want for £19 , great copies , and ideal for young kids who grow fast , I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but id definitely buy from them again x

Terrible, UK website offering official reduced jerseys, purchased a jersey which took 3 weeks to arrive and was totally counterfeit. Essentially a tshirt with printing, no badges and no effort to even make it look legit. Customer service is non existent, blanking my emails totally.

Bought 2 items. Got confirmation email, then nothing. After 2 weeks I emailed to ask, quick reply saying please be patient, we’re busy, we’ll try and expedite (big word!) your order. Then still nothing. So 2 weeks later emailed again, and no reply.

Decided to just get a refund via PayPal. Probably for the best judging by other reviews. Save your money and the hassle is my advice.

Took over a month to arrive, only to open package to find the wrong strip had been sent and shocking quality. Emailed to complain and ask for refund, told id have to cover an extortionate returns fee as they don’t give returns labels, and they won’t refund. Keep saying I should buy another strip and they’ll give me a new one, like I’d trust that after this faff on . Email responses are terrible & slow .
