Amazing one-stop shop with Sunday support!
Just finished a DIY project using the Westminster Manor tiles from Fayrouz Tile & Stone, and I couldn't be happier. The tiles are beautiful and great quality. One single tile had a tiny misprint, but when I contacted support on Saturday, they replied on Sunday! I didn't even have to wait for Monday. They refunded the tile instantly (it was a surplus anyway, so no harm done).
Being able to buy the tiles, adhesive, primer, and grout all in one location saved me so much time. Fantastic experience overall!

Easy to order, helpful customer service. Items were delivered well packaged and on early. There was good communication from the courier and he went above and beyond in leaving the tiles where we wanted them which are very grateful for. The tiles themselves are beautiful. The variety of choice of tiles, and the uniqueness of the various patterns, is unparalled. The showroom in Doncaster is laid out in a very helpful way. Tiles and bathroom items are displayed in a logical and creative way, which helps the visitor better understand how items and finishes would look and work in their own space. The staff at the showroom are very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was top notch, until I needed more Grout and 1 more tile, I rang the number for ever, then had to go to the shop only to be told there is no phone line, it is ridiculous that you have to go through customer service to buy extras and they cost more !!!

We’re pleased to hear you were happy with your experience overall, although we’re sorry to hear there was some confusion when you needed to order a little more grout and an additional tile.
Just to clarify, the showrooms do not have separate direct phone lines. We use one central number, which goes through to our customer service team. This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and outside of these hours an automated message is played to let customers know we are closed.
During opening hours, calls are usually answered straight away. There may occasionally be a short wait if the team are already helping other customers, but calls are routed through customer service so customers can speak to the team with access to order details, delivery information, stock updates and other enquiry information.
Our product prices are also the same online and in store. We only have one set of prices across Fayrouz Tile & Stone, so there should not be a difference between ordering through the website, customer service or at the showroom.
While the London showroom does not hold full stock of every product, the team can still help place orders for collection. If the tile and grout were not available to take away on the day, an order could have been placed and sent to the London showroom for collection once ready, or delivered directly too you.
Alternatively, top-up orders can be placed online for delivery or showroom collection. They do not have to be placed exclusively through our customer service team; customers are welcome to order in whichever way is easiest for them.
