Customer service was rude
Customer service was rude, blunt and unhelpful. Enquired about the option to return some tiles they still stock for a credit note outside of the returns window (hence asking for a credit note rather than a refund). Totally unopened, resaleable tiles. I was met with a blunt 'no'. Hasn't made me feel like shopping with them again, will look elsewhere for my replacement tiles.

I’ve looked into your enquiry and read through the email correspondence and would like to clarify the situation.
This wasn’t a return request slightly outside the normal returns period, but for tiles purchased in 2024. Our returns policy has a defined returns window and, while we do try where possible to help customers who are only slightly outside that window — as we understand projects can sometimes run longer than expected — unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns or offer credit notes on orders placed several years ago.
One of the main reasons we cannot accept returns outside the returns window is due to tile batch variation. As we continually restock our tiles, new batches are produced over time. Once a new batch replaces an older one, tiles from the original batch can no longer be resold alongside newer stock due to natural variations in shade, tone and finish between batches.
In addition, the two tile ranges from that order are no longer part of our current collection and have not been stocked for quite some time. As these lines are no longer sold by us, they are not items we would be able to resell even if the boxes remain unopened.
Your enquiry was responded to promptly by our customer service team, who explained that a return would not be possible and apologised for the inconvenience. You then asked for the decision to be verified by a manager and, after receiving the same explanation, raised a formal complaint through the website. This was also responded to with the same information. At no point were the team rude — they replied promptly each time and simply reiterated the policy.
We always try to help where reasonably possible, including accommodating returns outside the window in certain circumstances. However, returning tiles from an order placed years ago, particularly for products that are no longer stocked, unfortunately isn’t something we’re able to accept.

The selection of tiles is amazing.
We have had 3 or 4 deliveries. The outside Moroccan style ones are stunning - and they have remained in tact for 4 years in bad English weather. They add something unique to the garden.

Blue Moroccan Tiles …
After weeks of trying to find Moroccan light blue tiles on many online sites I found exactly what I wanted with your company.
Tiles arrived very well packed 1 day early. They are really stunning looking tiles hexagon shape and in 3 different blue colours. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed at every step.

Great experience
Great experience! They were able to move forward my delivery date which was really helpful and not a single tile arrived cracked which was great - I’ve used some other tile companies in recent years and have had at least one crack per box, so was very impressed!

Nice tiles, service needs some work
The first order went well and the tiles are good quality. I made a second order and the wrong tiles were sent. Replacements were sent and due before 12pm the next day, but by 2pm they hadn't arrived and apparently they hadn't left the hub for delivery - I had to call them to find out, they didn't bother to let me know. I was promised a call back to confirm whether it was being delivered later that day or the following day. I didn't get the call back and had to phone again at 4pm. I still don't have the tiles and I am now very irritated.
2 stars because the tiles are nice, when they get the order right.

Once the incorrect tiles were identified, we arranged replacements as quickly as possible and did our best to keep you informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, we experienced difficulties obtaining clear updates from the courier, which limited the information we were able to pass on at the time. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing this must have been while you were waiting for confirmation.

Love these tiles! The floor tiles I wanted were out of stock but they came back earlier than expected, and the wall tiles are also great. Customer service was quick and helpful, and delivery was swift as well. Would order from them again!

Expensive looking tiles for great price
Found our tiles through a google search and couldn't believe how nice they were for the price it almost seemed to good to be true but we ordered them and a week later they were delivered on the promised delivery date neatly packages and all of them in perfect condition. The only downside is the hefty delivery price but overall would 10/10 recommend
