Trying to purchase items for my granddaughter please be aware in advance this company needs help. They canceled my order 4 times stating the company servicing payment reported my purchase as fraud/insufficient funds and declined order. On the first decline contacted Bank they stated it’s not us it’s the merchant. Be Fearful of this sight it’s so frustrating I gave up. Will never ever try to purchase from them again. This is a business that doesn’t care about the customer service. I told my granddaughter find another merchant she chose ALO and Lululemon and the items were at the front door the same week. Save yourself the headache. It only allowed me to enter one date of experience, there were 4 with the same results.

Horrible, horrible company. My sweater came to me stained and when I showed them, they still refused to exchange it. They claimed I used affirm to purchase it and "according their policy" they cant refund it. However, I never purchased it with any other third party company. Do not give this company any of your hard earned money. But if you are using affirm or klarna etc. Be wary that they will not accept returns or exchanges if bought through them.
Long delivery
If your buying this and expect it to come on time dont get your hopes up left all my clothes at my mums house ordered some clothes for my dads to go somewhere u pay £10 shipping and doesn’t even come on time i ordered it when they sent me the tracking details they extended the shipping to 4 or 5 days longer couldn’t find where to leave a review on website or shop 5 business days late and still wasn’t here i bought something else of there it said same time to come they sent me tracking details again for more stuff and extended the delivery time and still wasn’t there by the delivery time 10/10 product just fake delivery times and go on size guide and mesure urself it is very oversized but is a very good product
Save your money
Save your money, sizes are all wrong and customer service isn’t great and I don’t blame them with how bad the sizing is everyone needs an exchange so before you spend +250$ go to a different brand, very frustrating!
Bad quality you pay for the brand
I got the cheap like fear of god essentials the pants that are baggy but scrunch at the bottom with those ties. THE WORST QUALITY. One string fell apart within a WEEK and I cannot adjust one side and a string is just hanging there as you cannot remove it fully as it’s glued to the material. The string doesn’t go all around it’s literally GLUED to each side of the bottom of the pants. This brand is a joke

I had purchased 2 shirts as a birthday gift. I opened my package and it was missing a shirt. I only received 1 item. I’ve been calling and emailing customer service and no one respond it’s been a week and still no response. This is very unprofessional for a brand that is considered “high end”. I have never had this happen not even a small business. For all the money this company makes Customer service should be top notch. It’s been a week and have not yet received an email back or a call back from all the phone messages. I will be escalating this to disputing the charge with your payment provider, filing complaints with the FTC and state agencies Attorney General this is not okay!

The order took a lot longer then expected. When product arrived it was torn and had multiple stains on it. The refund process was extremely bad and not good.

They are extremely slow, incorrect, and painful to work with. I received damaged goods and it is taking weeks to get this resolved. Save yourself time and money and purchase from a better vendor.

Terrible customer service. Spent $150 on a hoodie as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The letter "F" was missing from "Fear of God" so it reads "ear of God." I have been trying to reach customer service since 12/26 by phone and email with no response. Buyer beware!!!

I placed an order on December 19 via the official Fear of God website. Unfortunately, more than four weeks later, I have still not received my order.
The order status remains “waiting for information”, which indicates that the package has never been handed over to a courier. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service by email, I have received no response at all.
Considering this is a well-known, high-end brand, this level of service is extremely disappointing. There has been:
• no shipment confirmation
• no tracking information
• no customer support response
At this point, the only remaining option is to pursue a chargeback through my payment provider.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering directly from fearofgod.com. The lack of communication and failure to ship the order is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation

I placed an order on 12/4 for two items. I received one of those items on 12/19 and then another item I did not even order so am missing the true item I ordered. I contacted them on 12/19, 12/23, and again on 1/2/26 and STILL have not heard back. They will not respond to emails and there is not a phone number to call. This is terrible customer service for a brand that charges what they do. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company over the item never received that I paid for.
No return policy for Christmas gifts
Spent a lot of money on a Christmas gift for my daughter, only to find out I cannot exchange or return in as it was 2 days after the 15 days. To not have a Christmas return policy is absolutely ridiculous - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Order never shipped and then was canceled stating fraud
I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas present in November. It is now after Christmas and the order had never shipped. I reached out to the company a couple of time and did not hear back for weeks. When I finally did hear back, they stated they were canceling my order citing a fraud alert which makes no sense since the order had already gone through. It was a very expensive sweatshirt that I was excited to give as a gift. This is very disappointing and I for sure will not order from this company again.
Radio Silence After Payment
The order was placed three weeks ago and still hasn’t been shipped. The customer service is not responding to emails. It’s basically impossible to either receive the items I’ve paid for or issue a refund, since there’s no way to communicate with them.

Let the record show - my purchase was completed NOVEMBER 29TH, it is now DECEMBER 18th. I will not receive this item by Christmas as promised on the website.

Jerry. I’ve always liked you. Get your game together. This is killing the brand. You can’t run a luxury business without luxury customer service. I’ve been a regular customer for years, where I’ve bought your products via SSENSE with 0 issues. Now that they are ceasing to exist, it’s your company’s responsibility to ensure the same level of customer care is met with your order fulfillment services.
This is souring my view of FOG and I will sincerely consider looking to other brands in the future.
Extremely disappointed, A that the item hasn’t shipped, B that there’s been no urgency or effort to reply to my inquiry, and C because there’s no phone line to call for help.
I’m disputing my payment because I have no other choice, I can’t apply for a refund and I can’t get in touch with w anyone.

I bought a hoodie for my son full price. Received it and it doesn't fit my son - too wide and too short. I initiated a return the day I received it and was told it can't be returned. What a joke to be unable to return an expensive hoodie!
