Keine Rückerstattung erhalten

Auf einen retournierten Artikel habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Nach mehrwöchigem E-Mail Verkehr und einer Bestätigung meiner Ansprüche durch Palm Angels, ist eine Rückerstattung nicht erfolgt. Auf E-Mails antwortet Palm Angels nicht mehr. Mir wurden mit dieser Methode 415 € gestohlen.

Would give a 0 if I could

Ordered a hoodie and payed extra for express shipping. Hoodie was supposed to arrive in 3 days. For a month nothing came (I was following up with customer service and they just kept saying “we are looking into it”), a month later they realized they don’t have the hoodie in stock…. 🤦🏻‍♀️ and it’s been AN EXTRA 2 months of me waiting for my refund. so 3 months of this whole mess…Honestly worst experience of my life of buying something online

I bought a jacket in a store in Munich on holiday, after 1 week, one button disappeared... asked on palm angels for a repair service or a replacement button, apparently, nobody can help me, never had such a bad customer experience except with burberry..

Never buy from Palm Angels. Terrible experience.

A hoodie was ordered for my birthday from their official website. It took them three weeks after the order to realize they were out of stock, despite our many follow-ups.

In the end, they said they would refund us, but it has now been a week and we still haven’t received anything.

Imballaggio imbarazzante

600 euro di ordine arrivato con un imballaggio a dir poco ridicolo per un brand con questa fascia di prezzo. Nessun tipo di sigillo di garanzia, pacco chiuso con UNA striscia di scotch staccabile in un secondo. Non ho mai visto una cosa del genere, neppure per ordini da 10€. Evitate assolutamente l’acquisto online.

Nessuna attenzione per il cliente

Ho ordinato on line una felpa per un regalo che volevo sostituire con altra con diverso disegno pagando la differenza di 150 euro. Il servizio clienti ha semplicemente risposto che il reso andava effettuato entro 15gg. Avrei voluto parlare con un addetto dell’azienda per potermi accordare ma non hanno un riferimento, sia al telefono che via mail rispondono con frase preimpostate. Servizio pessimo e pessima attenzione per il cliente

Ho ordinato una maglietta solo che ho…

Ho ordinato una maglietta solo che ho sbagliato taglia, ho chiesto il reso e sono venuti a ritirarla. Dopo di che non mi hanno più risposto, nonostante le e-mail mandate più volte.
Quindi a distanza di un mese, non solo non ho la maglietta ma non ho neanche più i soldi.
Veramente sconsigliato!!!

Expected worse to be honest

Hello there guys,

I placed the order before reading any of the reviews to be completely honest as I know the brand. I got myself a pair of a tracksuit that came to me in a suprisingly great state (especially if take under consideration the reviews I am reading here) and nothing was missing from within; the parcel was secured really nicely and everything went smoothly

Now it came to my attention that the package was delivered to me via Farfetch which seemed a bit strange to me since I ordered it directly threw Palmangels.com

Maybe this explains that the garments were all included and the parcel was intact in contrast to other peoples opinions

I would have give them a 4-star rating if they would answer my request for a price match since the tracksuit got a further 20% discount ( aka 80 euros) off and they haven't aknowleged that

Also this star is deducted as a support to other peoples experiences as I know for a fact that it's not right when someone works hard to purchase something they like and the seller / retailer won't reply to any other request exept when they wants to sell

Their predictions in terms of sizing were correct though.. What can I say.. All I know is that I agree with others words; when you get to spend 635 Euros on a tracksuit you expect more and it's the right think to get it

I am not so sure that I would recommend them to a friend of mine and this is something Farfetch has done to me in the past, which is to deny me a price match for a much higher price, maybe it's a common policy

Terrible Experience - Avoid!

I ordered from Palm Angels and received a damaged box with a sweatshirt missing—an item worth over $400. Despite immediately reporting the issue, their customer service ignored my emails. I had to go out of my way to find their phone number, only to encounter equally unhelpful support.

They claimed they would investigate the issue but lied. No investigation ever happened, and they continued to insist that everything was included in the package, even though the package weight clearly indicated otherwise.

To this day, they have refused to refund or replace the missing item. This is unacceptable for a brand of their caliber. I’ll never shop here again, and I caution others to think twice before ordering from them.

Scam. Do not order anything for them.

Order T-shirt, soon when I open my parcel decide to return due to poor quality. Contact seller, they arrange collection day and provide me with return label. After few week nothing heard from them, start contact them- replay after few days saying they still looking for my parel.. after a month decid to contact paypal to get my money back. After investigation done by paypal, PayPal they found out adress provide by seller on return label was wrong.. scam scam scam

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional…

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional customer service . I received an empty box . My order was stolen . FedEx couldn’t refund me more than 100 $ as Palm angels unprofessional staff didn’t declare the value of package of 360$ . I asked them to compensate my loss as it was their mistake , if they have declared the full value of the shipment FedEx would compensate me . But Palm Angels never admitted it’s their mistake . Such a shame for so called luxurious brand .

Well I recently made a review about this company. I am not sure what took place, however when the box came from UPS/Fedex it was empty completely empty not even a piece of paper was in it. So because they could not figure out what happen they had the nerve to email me and say there is nothing they can do and a refund could not be given. I never asked for a refund, all i wanted was for my 14 y/o daughter to get her shirt that she purchased with her hard earned money. I do not recommend this company i feel that accountability to your customers is the key to being successful. They are not loyal to their consumers AT ALL! i AM NOT LETTING THIS GO EITHER, THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY CHILD'S LOST! I AM A MOTHER THAT WILL DO WHAT I HAVE TO, TO PROTECT MY CHILDS INTEREST.

Leeres Paket erhalten und keine Ersattung!!!

Habe waren bestellt und ein leeres Paket erhalten?! WTF! Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass der Partner das Paket versendet hat und Palm Angels nicht weiter unternehmen kann und der Fall damit erledigt ist. Was ist das bitte für ein Unternehmen?! Nie wieder!
