I'm very impressed with the customer service at Fearticket. Jash from their staff has been extremely helpful from beginning to end. He is easy to reach and always attentive. I also find their ticketing platform easier to use than others that I have tried. They are also very affordable. It's so refreshing to find a platform where you can easily get a human being to talk you without going through endless chat bots first. Highly recommended!

Fear ticket is apprehensive, reliable, and completely consistent. Our haunted attraction would not look any further than FEAR TICKET. Jash, is beyond personable and very hospitable. I honestly don’t think anyone can match his craft and caring attitude. Fear ticket takes their job very seriously.

I only gave them a 4 because we haven’t taken our event “Live” yet. Up to this point I would give them a 5 for their professional service with quick results. We have been using Fear Ticket for nearly ten years and have had nothing but a great experience with them. As the team member that manages our ticketing system with a large demand, having a system that is easy for our staff and customers to use, a reliable and robust backend, and great customer service is an absolute must for us. Thankfully Fear Ticket checks all of these boxes while maintaining fair rates for our customers. Although there is a lot to like about their system, I have to give a lot of credit to their customer service. Unlike "larger" ticketing systems, Fear Ticket has never missed a call day or night. They have worked one-on-one with us creating unique features that our event requires, walked us through any issues we may have had in the past, and have always ensured we are happy as their clients. Paraxit and Jash are extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. Although we have had plenty ticketing solutions approach us, we are happy to remain Fear Ticket clients.
