There was an issue with the processing of a customers Ticket purchase. I put a call into Ticketbud and I received a call back a little later that afternoon, and the issue had been resolved. They were swift in their actions and truly are concerned with their event, coordinators and attendees having a good experience while using Ticketbud
No way contacting company in timely manner to rectify typo in ticket information. Also no way of reviewing purchase information before finalizing. Website provides phone number that is out of service. Chatbot takes forever.
Ticketbud took my money for nearly $200 to the Trump Jnr tour in Australia that never went ahead. After emailing them multiple times for a refund they have never issued me a refund and have said it is not them that is responsible. Absolute scum bags
Loved the Ticketbud set up for our event. It was easy to use, with an attractive event page for ticket orders, and the customer service was helpful with timely response. Ticketbud offers great metrics, too. It has been the best event registration tool we have used thus far. Our company will definitely use Ticketbud again.

Ticketbud is more than a 'ticketing company', but rather a very professional collaborator and extension of each event organizer. Their attentive and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to your organization's operational and financial needs, the overall event's success, and the guest's experience from their first online click until the event doors are closing.
I like using this site but ticket purchasers get aggravated because it times out on them. Also would like the capability to add a confirmation landing page.
Blake was very supportive and amazing to work with! This was my first experience with Ticketbud and it was truly appreciated. Blake did an excellent job. Definitely will use Ticketbud and Blake again for future events.

From fantastic on-site event support to immediate customer service assistance (even on weekends), Ticketbud has changed the customer experience both online and at our events. It has been a pleasant experience with Ticketbud because whenever we have questions or issues, we reach out to Layla and she is always prompt to respond and assist us. We appreciate the customer support!
Also the scanning option for check in has been so smooth for our events. We have had some back and forth to learn about our payouts for paid events and we had some discrepancies from the percentage taken by our stripe and what was reflected in our payouts from Ticketbud.
