Total rip-off! I never received the pelvic floor PDF. Apparently, a case was opened, and they want me to send the package as it arrived. WTF? As if there's a PDF and a vibrator in there for that price!It's bad.

Eigentlich würde ich keinen Stern geben. Lange Lieferzeit. Dann war das Gerät von Anfang an nicht in Ordnung und es wurde versucht, mir dies für den halben Preis zu verkaufen. Ein defektes Gerät! Musste lange hin und her schreiben, bis ich eine Rücksendeadresse bekommen habe. Die ist so lang und kompiliziert, die passt nie im leben auf den Zettel. Einfach nur unseriös und frech. Ich hab auch noch sowas wie 30 Tage kostenlos testen im Ohr. Mir wird leider nichts mehr von dieser Werbung bei facebook eingespielt, damit ich nicht nachkucken kann. Echt geschickt. Und im Netz kann ich auch nichts finden. Finger weg und immer erst die Bewertungen lesen. Ich werde versuchen über pay pal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Rückerstattung angeblich nicht möglich, obwohl der Shop 60 Tage Zufriedenheitsgarantie gibt. Ware wurde nicht ausgepackt, ist also OVP.

Laut gesetzlichen Richtlinien muss eine Rückgabe möglich sein, Shop weigert sich.

Also richtige Abzocke.

This company are not interested in after sales , I bought product tried to use it but it won’t charge for more than 60 secs .
Tried to get a refund but wasting my time putting it down to experience.

Unable to get a refund as company won’t reply to my emails. Have been trying to contact for months. Product way too big to be of use. Going to try and see if my bank can get a fund for me…. I got this info that may help you :-

Too loud, too big, too expensive.

This is a horrible product and don’t fall for the 60 day money back guarantee it a crock of shit I have been communicating back-and-forth for like over a week now to try and return the item and get my money back. Horrible company to deal with.

Nothing like the advertised item very loude couldn't turn it on or off

One of the functions doesn't work. CS is just giving me the typical run around. I explain, they email and say same tired answer. It's basically trash and I wasted my money. Their refund policy makes no sense. It broke after 1 use, but too many days have passed? Check out other companies and their policies. Also I have to say. it's way too big for the average person.
