I was in desperate need of a new car as my current one was constantly having issues, and I kept seeing the ads for FFF pop up. I do have a bad credit history so I honestly didn’t think I’d get anywhere. But desperate times and all that, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try. Well I was completely shocked when I heard back to say that I’d be able to get financing! Within minutes I had a message asking what car I’d like to look for and from there FFF took over and found a car for me. It did take a little longer purely because I initially enquired on a Saturday and FFF are closed on Sunday’s, but by Tuesday I had my new car, it was that quick! I’m over the moon with my new car and can’t thank FFF enough for their help.

I’ve now been with Female Friendly Finance for six years and this is my third vehicle through them and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I first approached Female Friendly Finance at a point where every other door was being shut in my face. I was a single mum, working hard but unable to get help anywhere. I’d had two very cheap cars that both ended up with major mechanical faults, and the second one just before I contacted them had a complete engine failure. I had no deposit and no options left. I was completely at my wit’s end.

The whole team have been incredible from day one. Their customer care, patience and genuine willingness to help is something you just don’t find anymore. They make the whole process simple and stress-free, especially if you’re nervous or have been turned away elsewhere.

Six years later, I’m now on my third car and it’s exceptional. They pay attention to every detail and only work with trusted garages and brokers, which gives total peace of mind.

They didn’t just help me get a car they helped restore my independence and confidence.

I genuinely recommend them to anyone, especially if you feel stuck or think no one will help you. They will.

Recently got a finance car through FFF, I had the pleasure of going through the process with Chris. He was amazing and after having a bad experience with another company he explained everything in detail, reassured me and made sure everything was perfect for me. Would recommend 100%. Chris has been absolutely amazing throughout found me a top quality car within budget and the exact one that I have been looking for. Did all the checks expected and answers all the questions that I had quickly and professionally. Female friendly finance are absolutely amazing! Gillian was allocated as my search adviser and she was a star. She had a bit of a hard job with me as I’m very picky in my choices, but she helped find a few cars for me as 2 that I liked had been sold just hours before paperwork going through. She sorted everything out for me all I had to do was choose what I liked. She even managed to get the dealership to do some extra work on my new car before I signed for it for my peace of mind, as I was getting a little bit nervous about some potential mechanical problems that are common with the car I chose. Female friendly finance did all the communication with the lenders, all I had to do was send them copies of my paperwork and Drivers licence, it couldn’t have been easier for me. I also spoke to Hannah on the phone a few times going over the finance. They are kind, professional, dedicated and work 100% to ensure their clients are satisfied with their service. They have made this all so easy and I would highly recommend any woman to reach out to them before purchasing their next vehicle. Thanks ladies I will so enjoy my new car and it’s all thanks to you.
