They sorted everything out for me - all I had to do was agreed my terms - pick a car and sign my documents! I honestly can’t recommend them enough! John, Hanna and all the team have been some of the most helpful, approachable and brilliant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been looking for a new car for some time and due to rebuilding my credit record I've been turned away. Other bad credit lenders Pepper you, harass you and do not give you space to breathe. FFF we're different. They were patient, understanding, not pushy and hnderatand that an individual is more than his score. (I did initially think I couldn't use them as I was male)

I can't speak highly enough of my experience and the difference this will make to my new families life.

I applied for a loan via Bluelight and was contacted by Friendly Female Finance very quickly. FFF were absolutely amazing in securing a loan very quickly. All communication was completed on line via WhatsApp and was very impressive every step of the way. Absolutely amazing from start to finish, getting a finance car is very daunting specially as your first car but Chris helped me out every single step of the way and continues to even after my car purchase- he talked me through the car stuff as i had no clue about cars. the whole process took a couple of days and i was driving away- had a couple of hiccups with the dealership and chris sorted them out and i could not thank him enough for all of his continued help
