Very good product

I have mixed feelings about this review. It covers both the product itself and the retailer, feny24.hu. I am writing the product review here because the online store does not provide an option to do so directly.
I purchased four Lutec Focus Round outdoor wall lights with motion sensors from feny24.hu in June 2026. It is now September 2026, and two of the lights have already failed. When I requested a replacement for the first faulty light, feny24.hu sent a used, non-functional unit. I subsequently requested a replacement for that faulty replacement unit and received a new one, which is currently working properly. While I was waiting for that second replacement, an another original light also failed. Currently (September 2026), I have three working lights and one faulty, non-functional one. I am about to initiate a replacement request for the faulty light.
I realize that the failure of the lights is not feny24.hu's fault; they always handled delivery professionally. I would like to highlight the smooth return process as a positive aspect (though, unfortunately, it was necessary). However, this experience was marred by the incident with the first replacement, when feny24.hu sent a used, faulty unit.
Based on the above—specifically due to the faulty replacement unit—I am not entirely satisfied with feny24.hu overall. I am not at all satisfied with the Lutec Focus Round product itself.

Product variety is great, prices are correct. The delivery took a quite long time even though the items were in stock. The actual delivery time frame was modified three times but finally the packages arrived.
