I have received another product, not the one I ordered. I now need to send it back, go to the post office, and reorder as well as hope, this time to receive actually what I already paid for and hope, my money for the 1st shippment will be returned in due time

Incompetence and terrible customer service from both this company and the courier they chose. We ordered a ceiling fan in July that was shown on the fény24 website as being in stock. We were notified that the fan wouldn't actually be available until early September (!) but we proceeded with the order anyway because we liked the fan. In September we received a delivery notice from DPD saying the fan would be delivered between 1pm and 2pm on a specific day. We are busy working parents, so we made sure we were home at that time. DPD didn't show up. There was no contact number for the driver, who called us at 5pm (!) wanting to deliver the package, but we were not at home, so we asked for it to be delivered the next day. This didn't happen. Instead, DPD marked the package as 'rejected' (!) and returned it to fény24's warehouse (which might not actually be theirs). At this point, fény24 should have contacted the courier and redirected the package to us, but they didn't. Instead they claimed that there was nothing they could do because the package was rejected (it wasn't). So the fan we had ordered two months before was floating around somewhere, fully paid for, the summer weather was over, and no one at fény24 has made any effort to resolve the situation apart from offering to return our money, which is a lame, empty effort given the inconvenience they have caused us. Our carpenter and electricians prepared the site for the ceiling fan weeks ago, and now fény24 wants us to start over? In late September? We've asked them to resolve this situation more tangibly, but have received only silence. DPD is largely at fault, but fény24 is ultimately responsible, but have done nothing. Our experience demonstrates an appalling lack of integrity and initiative from fény24. We cannot recommend this company at all, regardless of all the pretty items on their website that they claim to have in stock.

Minden rendben volt. A kiszállítás kicsit körülményes.

Nagyon jól be volt csomagolva a lámpa.

Termékben csalódtam egy minimálisat úgy gondoltam ennyi pénzért több funkció van rajta. Hiányzik az időzítő például. De nem is írták ezt a leírásban. Szóval ami le van írva azt kapom! Szállítás gyors volt! Csomagolás biztonságos!

Biztonságosan becsomagolva, gyorsan megérkezett a termék. Most rendeltem először. Mindennel meg voltam elégedve.

Elégedett vagyok a termékkel és a gyors kiszállítás is egy + pont.

A kiválasztott termék, vezeték nélküli olvasólámpa remek megoldás ha túl távol van a konnektor.
