Mixed feelings

The product was great and was shipped quickly. I just don't like that when I place an order that is large enough to qualify for free shipping, it repeatedly gets cancelled.

I did not receive my item my purchase was sent to a wrong address I have an address that's similar to mines of my neighborhood and all of my mail goes there UPS is always taking it there I tried to inform you guys that it was never received to 14 1430 Sherwood Lane it was shipping somewhere elsep

They charged me for PEARS soap they have advertised, so I purchased a bunch of them because I needed them since I couldn't get them anywhere! I paid about $28. Plus and they got the money right away! A week later I received an email that my money was refunded without any explanation!!
Took 5-7 business days before I received my funds back on my account!! Who does business like that? No communication, no notification of sorry ran out of stock or we have them in back order, but at least something! Still no response from my email! So will I purchase again from them? NOOO NEVER AGAIN!

Placing identical order right away!

Diligently packed

First of all, I'm so thrilled that Ferebe sells my favorite Dettol antiseptic! They packed them very well to avoid leakage and so t arrived without a mess. Shipping is quick but USPS was the one who delayed it(as always)
