$8.99 delivery charge packages left on unsecured lobby floor!
To have to pay nine dollars plus tax for delivery to New York City and then have the package left on the floor of my unsecured lobby when I asked that the delivery carrier that you use follow the very important delivery instructions that I gave to you, Via the Americans With Disabilities Act, ADA instructions “ BRING PACKAGES DIRECTLY UP TO CUSTOMER ON THE2nd/SECOND FLOOR. DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES ON UNSECURED LOBBY FLOOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THANK YOU.” These instructions were not followed, which was a great inconvenience for me who is not able to carry packages
