I order Jan Marini Transformation Face Cream 1oz × 2. A week later I received an email stating the cream was delivered and left at my front door. When I looked there was no package. The product was supposedly delivered by USPS. I live in a town home, and all our USPS mail or packages are left in the mail room. I still questioned the USPS mailman, and he again said we don't deliver anything to your door. So, the Message of "Delivered to your door" was not true! I immediately contacted the seller by email, and their response was it was delivered. No refund or recourse. I tried to call them for days and I was never able to reach a person to discuss my options! Always went to voice mail. Please be aware of this company. Buy from Amazon instead as they would have tried to help and even spend a moment trying to figure out where my package was actual delivered.

Really great product, The Colorscience spf50 is amazing, it applies easily and feels great on the skin. I use it with my Supergoop play sunscreen lotion and I absolutely love this combination.
