Going that extra mile.
I have elderly parents who cannot lift but when I asked if the driver delivering their perlite could unload it and put in their trailer for them I was expecting a no but your amazing customer service shinned through again.
Fernland have never disappointed me with going that extra mile and actually putting your customer first.
