Paul from SolaGarden was so helpful replacing bulbs that stopped working. I would 100% recommend this company for their ongoing customer service.

I bought these lights a few years ago and they definitely outlasted anything I have bought anywhere else. They have worked reliably but recently the plastic covers failed from uv and let water in. I contacted Paul and true to his word he sent out replacement lights for all my faulty ones and more. Obviously these lights can’t last forever but This company is an example of great follow up service and stand by their products.👍👍👍🤗

Our new outdoor lights are perfect. They brighten up our front yard and highlight our date palm exactly as I had hoped.
Unfortunately they initially were lost in transit - however as soon as I contacted SolaGarden - they sorted the problem and express mailed a replacement. So- great customer service.

My experience with Solar garden has been exceptional!
Around 2 years ago I purchased about 30 ground Solar lights for around our home as lighting was quite minimal in our street.
Over time they stopped working altogether. I had forgotten until just recently that they had a lifetime warranty & do u sent an email explaining.
I had a reply within hours.
After sending photos of the lights, I received an email stating that they would all be replaced!
Best customer service u have had from any business for years! Cannot praise them enough! Thank you.

This company is so easy to deal with and they do stand behind their guarantee.

Solagarden would have to be the best company to deal with .... firstly their lights are a game changer in my outdoor area...outlast any solar lights ive ever had.... customer service is fabulous..... definitely recommend buying from them if yr needing new outdoor lighting.

I have bought several strings of lights and solar lights for the garden from SolaGarden and had a couple of little problems which were fixed immediately by Paul without any problem whatsoever. Truly one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with and I thoroughly recommend them for any solar lighting that they offer. I was disappointed with my purchase. Based on the advertising and product descriptions, I expected premium-quality solar lights, especially given the price. Unfortunately, the lights feel much cheaper than they appear online and don't reflect the quality I believed I was paying for. In my opinion, they are significantly overpriced for what you receive.

I contacted customer service hoping they would address my concerns, but I only received a generic response that didn't acknowledge the issues I had raised.

While the lights may suit some people, they did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn't purchase from this company again.

solargarden has got it all together.
On a recent order there was a problem at the payment stage so i asked Solar garden for advice and help this was late afternoon, i had a reply with the hour asking for more inf which i gave.
i had a reply at 10pm at night saying all fixed and problem rectified.
it appears that this mob are the real deal with great communication skills and customer service and the productas arent bad either.

Wow, the best Customer Service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased the Festoon Lights and 4 sets of Firefly lights. I love them. No assembly required. When I had a concern in regard to how long my lights were staying on for ( Melbourne winter dark and gloomy with very little sunlight) Paul responded to my email immediately. He assured me it would be due to the weak sunlight and less daylight hours and that if there were any problems once the longer days arrived with more sunlight, the lights would be replaced at no charge. He then followed up with me a week later. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the products I purchased. My next purchase will be the Spitlights for my front garden.

I have had the solar garden lights for several years & they were able to replace a set free of charge for one of the sets that wasn’t working properly. Great safter sales service.
