Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. They have fair practices and the fact that they are literally available 24/7 is amazing !!! That's customer service at its best!

Very Good

It has been excellent dealing with Ferratum until this month when I was provided with different loan due dates. Also, yesterday I tried to change the due date of my loan this month to April 26, 2017 (my paydate) via phone and e-mail and have yet to receive a response. I appreciate the help I have received in the past.

When I first took a loan out the …

When I first took a loan out the service and quality were incredible. As time went on and I continued getting loans things got worse. I was getting a loan for 500 and although nothing changed I was only allowed to get 400. No one could or would explain why. The time period between the time you take out the loan to the time I could reload also got longer. My emails or text messages are rarely answered in the hour you advertise. I am told when I can reload they will send a message. That does not happen. You make a lot of money from me. Not sure why I'm treated as less of a customer.

Took forever to get my money

Took forever to get my money. It is not instant or even next day by any means.
I will not use this service again.

Firstly, thanks for your valued feedback! Although we don't love bad reviews they are important for us to identify potential issues and quickly fix them because we love great reviews :).

As far as your specific situation, we are sorry to hear about your experience and will look at your situation in detail to understand what might have went wrong so that we can improve the experience in the future. Generally, money is available in a customer’s account within 24 hours and sometimes in minutes of being confirmed. Sometimes delays can occur depending on the financial institution you bank with and the time of day when a loan is confirmed. We hope that on your next loan you will see this quick payout as experienced by many others. We are also building some new features (shhh coming soon) that will also help give more options for a quicker payout.

Frustrated

I was just getting used the routine , Then this last loan was a nightmare...

THERE WAS TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES , AND IT TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS BEFORE i WAS ABLE TO RE BORROW...

I kept requesting to reset my password, and by time this was done I had gotten through to re borrow...So after that I was sent a lot of new passwords, and when friday arrives I am scared same nightmare will happen again....

Still unsure Why have to wait for week before I can re borrow, this is the longest wait.... hope that will change soon...

I wish there was some kind of break for the technical problems that left me stranded for couple days because of it....
