I got my third loans from ferratum
I got my third loans from ferratum. The service is great and if you need to reloans just send them an email and they will reply right away. Compare to other lending company ferratum do not charge hidden fees and other BS service fees.

Just a quick note: You can re-apply whenever your loan is paid off through your MyAccount. The process should only take a few minutes, and will be even faster than e-mailing our customer care staff.

Refused to work with me because I had no cell phone - only landline
Forgot my PIN. I was unable to get new PIN since they only send PINS by SMS and I don't have a cell phone - just a landline. They would not work with me via phone around this barrier. Told me I needed to get a cell phone before I could get new PIN. Very inflexible

This company would be 5 stars if it did not take so long for them to “receive” payments. I find myself getting worried and constantly checking when it comes down to my last payment to make sure it has gone through. It takes forever for it to clear and when I inquire as to why it takes so long I get the same answer each and every time. As much as I would like to, I probably will not be loaning with this company again in the future.
