Festoon Light Opiniões

Lights are so Bright and look amazing. Was a bit fiddly getting them working as they need to be very tight in place.
Great customer service.

Good quality product, delivered in a timely fashion.

Item arrived on time and well packaged. Haven’t opened the box yet

Great company, alway use them for out clients when it comes to Festoon lighting!

I was finding it impossible to get an extension cable for my current lights bought elsewhere. Festoon Lighting were incredibly helpful and managed to find the part I needed. It was only a small purchase but I’ll definitely use them again when hopefully I can repay their great support.

Great company to buy from. Excellent customer service and lightning fast delivery times

Order process was simple.
Communication from the supplier was faultless.
There was a delay of a few days in receiving my order and without any request from me, I was given an extra discount.
The product looks to be well made and top quality.
I will be definitely using them again.👍

Josh was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed at a good price. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality product, reasonably priced and delivered efficiently

Really responsive technical service to ensure I purchased the correct product.
Arrived the day after ordered, well packed robust product.
Bought 3off 5m lengths and installed the next day.
Unfortunately one length was faulty. Contacted customer service and a replacement was sent out the same day, no fuss no quibble!
Very rarely do i give 5 stars, however based on the quality of the product and the excellent customer service it is well deserved. Recommended!

Great lights, very prompt delivery and helpful customer service. Many thanks!

Excellent service - would highly recommend

I bought 5 connectable festoon lights in 2020. Brilliant service, arrived quickly. I've had a few issues with them since my purchase, with the whole set and a couple more, all replaced without question. I have only had email replies from Josh who has always been professional and quick to respond.

Festoon Light, and Josh in particular, were really very helpful and professional. We had a problem with delivery, which was beyond their control, but they took over and dealt directly with the courier company to resolve. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you.

Great service & help from Josh. Festoon lights are excellent quality

Highly recommend 👍

Our festoon lights are absolutely wonderful

Super fast delivery. A clearly well made and durable festoon harness. The bulbs we purchased took a little, but reassuring effort to insert into the harness, highlighting their waterproofness. I'm definitely contemplating more harnesses for other parts of the garden / patios.

good product delivered quickly with excellent customer service when I had a query.

Helpful on the phone when I needed advice on what to order. Lights arrived quickly once the order was placed.
