Looked online for a PC found what I thought would be the one I required, phoned fierce PC and was advised to buy a different one, ordered it on line on Friday, got an email saying delivery was Monday, but came the next day, so double happy

Great value PC. Rtx 3060 and i5 10th gen for under £900. The only hiccup we had was a couple of weeks after purchase and the PSU failed (it happens). I don't blame Fierce PC for this, they don't make the parts. After explaining the problem it is already booked in to be repaired under warranty by their tech guys.

Fierce PC were excellent. It was very easy to order and prices were very competitive. The communication from the company was great & the order came really quickly. The PC looks great (although tbh it was for my teenager so I cant use it!) & it works brilliantly. Quick set up. Really good service. Would recommend & we will use them again.

My PC arrived promptly and has worked flawlessly since (Ive had it a good while now), the included documentation was great and had everything I needed. I had a question I needed help with today and Ruth went out of her way on the websites chat facility to get an answer for me. You cant ask better than that - nothing was a problem. If you are looking and thinking about using Fierce I would definitely say do it the product and support have been spot on.

So far so good, it's fast. Good for music producing and gaming. Very happy with this computer

Second PC I've bought now. Runs like a charm. I work in it myself and was very impressed with the tuning they had done before sending it out.

Got an MSI 3060ti instead of the gigabyte which I was delighted with.
Specs are i7 1170, 16gb ram, 3060ti.

Runs Apex at 240 no problem.
Fortnite 360+ in game
Warzone around 170
And my personal favorite, tarkov at 100 fps with not stutters or drops

Excellent purchase, customer service fantastic, fiance very happy with it, would recommend, it's reignited the pc enthusiasm in him

As a complete novice to this side of gaming im Very happy with the set up and help ive received while purchasing and using the system I bought,
It does everything I requested but stupidly didn't ask for Bluetooth connectivity so missed out on that one but overall 10 out of 10 for shipping, equipment supplied and support id highly recommended to anyone looking for a gaming set up !!

Ordered a new pc through Fierce with finance. There was a bit of a hiccup with no order confirmation coming through after the finance cleared but the customer service was quick and attentive to my emails.
The turnaround time was quicker than the stated time too which was a great Bonus
Pc was packed incredibly securely too to ensure safe transportation.
10/10 would use again

Had it for a month or two now, running it the whole time, haven't come across a single issue to date and I use it frequently.
I both game and draw with this PC and both run smoothly with no errors or crashes on games or digital art programs.
I installed a graphics card, which once I had all the parts needed, was easy, smooth, and works like a dream now.
I honestly cannot come up with a single complaint about Fierce PC or the PC I purchased from them, this was my second attempt and getting a PC and after the first attempt went badly, it was a relief to get a decent gaming PC at a great price that was easy to install the graphics card into, and worked without any significant crashes or glitches.

Whilst buying and confirming my order was difficult (web site did not show my order existed after purchase, credit order took a while to work, customer service agent had to manually tell the system to confirm my order etc) once I was able to call someone my issues were resolved swiftly and with understanding. My order took around 2 weeks due to Hard Drive supply issues which would be fine if their system actually said anything about this, as it was even the customer service agent had to check with the head of building what was happening as their system wasn't showing my order correctly either and there were no notes left on my account to tell anyone what was going on. My Agent was a Star and once dispatched my computer arrived pretty much next day. Computer itself works like a dream, though we were surprised to see it come with Windows 11 when you can only buy windows 10 on site.

This is the second PC that I have ordered from FiercePC. I originally purchased a mid range gaming PC back in 2018/19 which I have been using up until this second purchase. I never had any problems with it and it still runs fine but it was time for an upgrade. I have had my new PC for about 2-3 months now and again, it's a very solid build. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a gaming PC built for them and I will buy my next pc from them once I need another upgrade

Really impressed with the build. Had an issue with my screen which they sorted out very quickly and replaced me with a new one. Can't fault them. Even when I bought a new monitor and they were out of stock. They even sent me out a better monitor than I originally asked for! Would recommend to anyone with their services.

Bought prebuilt gaming PC bundle for brother's Birthday. Excellent service and good options for customization. Fast delivery! Was expecting it to take longer. Will definitely use this service again.

I emailed Fierce for some advice as I was looking at a bundle but wasn’t sure if it would be right for the games my son plays. I was emailed back within a few hours to say it wouldn’t be suitable and why and another suggestion was made. I ordered that and it came the next day as promised. My son is so happy with it and he can play all the games he likes with good graphics. Very happy customer and I would definitely buy from Fierce again.
