Not overly impressed with cs but tech department is awesome. Danny from tech had me sorted in 10 mins. Go straight to tech department and your problems are sorted straight away. They may have temps working cs desk and took me a week to get a return to repair doc. That was not acceptable as it’s brand new. I rang tech department today and was sorted in 10mins! Danny was superb, asked to send pics of the connections and 10 mins later it worked. So don’t go to cs and go straight to reckon department and you’ll be sorted quickly! Excellent tech department.

Bought a P.C. from Fierce a few years back and it still works now so decided to upgrade my sons laptop to a P.C. he can play he’s games and he absolutely LOVES it! Definitely worth the money!

1st point I should bring up is that in order to view order tracking you need to create an account, so I did. It supposedly sent an "account confirmation" email but that never arrived so I've been without tracking since I placed my order. Along with the account confirmation email, my actual order invoice confirmation did not get sent automatically either.

Support team sent the order confirmation to me manually, fair enough. Still without tracking, as they said it was impossible to link a guest order with an account.

And as time went on, it got worse. No communication from Fierce about the delays. I had to call up and they reported that a HDD was not in stock. (Nothing on the website indicates that the components in the configuration I built was out of stock).

Two weeks after my order and still nothing.

A delivery including the HDDs arrived this afternoon, but the support team thought this wouldn't get completed today and would indeed by dispatched tomorrow. We'll see.

No sense of urgency or care from anyone - It's printed all over the website and the invoice that delivery is done after 7-10 days.

After ordering a previous PC from Fierce back in 2018 and it going smoothly, it's safe to say I'm pretty disappointed this time.

I have had two PC's from Fierce since 2018 (both bought through Amazon for prime delivery). Both have met or exceeded my needs for gaming; only having upgraded as wanted a more powerful machine, with the old one given to my partner and is still kicking.

Unfortunately, did have an issue with the new one seemingly crashing on the blue error screen after a couple of weeks. However, after an email to customer services go the solution I needed, and the PC ran smoothly again.

If you like me and want a pre-built gaming PC for an affordable price then I highly recommend FiercePC.

They are a very professional and friendly company and helped me pick a suitable pc for my daughter. They are helpful on the phone and got the pc out to me in less tha. 24 hours I received it. Very well boxed and dpd delivery to. There sales and technical help are outstanding. Thankyou

I ordered a next day PC but it did not arrive for about 5 days. I did not get any communication regarding the delay but I have increased the rating as I got an immediate response to my enquiry and I would prefer that a company does not send out a PC until it is fully tested. My PC then arrived as promised in secure packaging with evrything well sorted so I was up and running in a few minutes.
Final verdict: Very pleased and would definitely purchase again from Fierce.

Had a great experience buying from Fierce PC. I was kept up to date with when my delivery was due. When I received the PC, it was packaged really well. I purchased it to play flight simulator, and it runs it flawlessly. Would use Fierce PC again and recommend them to anyone after a gaming PC.

Ordered a supernova PC bundle and it arrived within 7days from ordering! The pc was well packaged and there was no damage upon inspection either.

Machine runs smoothly with no issues at all! Very happy with this order and all the staff who answered my queries.

Great computer works a dream for what I need it for very happy customer

My computer would not power up when it was delivered but Fierce PC customer support were very easy to contact and arranged for it to be returned for repair. A component had become dislodged in transit and it was returned to me within 10 days. They also helped me with an issue upgrading to Windows 11. Very impressed with the company so far and I would recommend them.

Great as always. Very good value gaming PC's and great customer service.

Really good computer
The only bad thing was that it took quite a while for me to receive the computer, but it happens, apart from that the computer is amazing and it came packet really well and safe.

Also amazing pricing for the computer.

I actually wrote FiercePC a great review including pictures, not sure where it went but obviously not here.

I think its a pretty good company from my first purchase a couple of months ago, my liquid cooled machine was over £2500 so you expect good service and kit. I wasnt disappointed.

My partner has been motivated to become a gamer as a result and we will be buying another PC from them for around £4000 in a couple of months or so, so thats testament to what I think :)

Would of got a 5 star if delivery was on time other than that i love my new gaming beast, quality parts and customer service are helpful thanks fierce pc

We ordered a PC also a monitor from Fierce, very happy with both products. The monitor we originally ordered was out of stock as there had been high demand, a lovely lady phoned me to discuss an alternative that was a slight upgrade at no extra cost, we’ll use Fierce again.

Fast, reliable, and aren't afraid to reach out regarding alternate parts if some are unavailable. Great service both times coming here!

My 13 year old son set it up (mostly himself) as it's very user friwndly.

At last! Real people who actually care about their customers. I had an issue in that my PC's BIOS system needed altering so that I could upgrade my operating system, and Ruth in customer services was happy to hold my hand (electronically at least) through the process as I was rather out of my comfort zone. In my opinion... the definition of good support.

Their PCs might be fierce, but their people are not. Thank you.
