Appalling customer service!

Appalling customer service!! Trying to cancel my trial/membership via email, their live chat and their Instagram with no response!
Have a week before the payment is meant to come out my account, will be finding any way to cancel this if this useless company cannot respond!!

Frustrating Cancellation Process - Feels Like a Trick!

The cancellation process is absolutely ridiculous. I signed up on your website, so why can't I cancel there? It's one of those infuriating tricks where you make users jump through hoops, hoping they'll forget to cancel. Even worse, I downloaded and went to members section in the app and it didn't allow cancellation either! This is incredibly user-unfriendly and feels designed to prevent people from leaving. I've messaged the chatbot thing to cancel for me instead but no idea if that will cancel before the trial finishes or i'll end up like these other users who've been charged without refunds

Looking at the replies to some of the negative comments on Trustpilot, I don't have a lot of faith in someone helping me cancel

To be fair, the app was quite good, and I would have recommended it. However, the dark patterns used in the cancellation process reek of someone in this part of the business chasing numbers rather than actually caring about the customer.

If you have still not received a reply from us please email support@fiit.tv.
The lack of a cancel button in app is a bug and has been fixed pending a new app release and the team will be able to deal with your query, we don't operate a live chat system but do respond in chronological order of receipt so your message is usually responded to within 12-24 hours.

Takes massive annual fee without a reminder

Takes annual fee without a reminder! Bankrupting me! Then says they cannot do anything, even though the amount is only 'Pending' in your bank so they COULD provide a cancel code if they wanted. I received no reminder email and there was no BOT to use, only an email address given.
Also the tracker is a rubbish waste of money as it so rarely connects successfully. And is a faff to cast to the TV. I have had two of the trackers and understand tech, same issues with both.

We would only refuse a refund if we had proof that a renewal reminder was sent to you.

This company took money from my account. Within a few hours of realising I contacted them. Never used the app. There was no refund. Please be really careful!!!

Highly recommended!

I’ve been a member for 4 years and use it every day. The trainers give clear instructions and are really motivating. No matter where you are, how much time you’ve got or how fit you are, there is something for everyone. The classes mainly range from 10-40 minutes and include mobility, stretching, yoga, pilates, spin, treadmill, body weight, kettlebell, dumbbell workouts and they even have postnatal workouts. They have beginner to advanced level and they add new classes every week. I’ve tried other apps in the past and this is by far the best!

0 stars if I could. Sneaky company. Took £119 from my account on an app I don’t even use. They refused to speak to me and solve the matter. I raised this hours that it took the money from my account and they don’t care. As long as they get their money. No customer care whatsoever which should be paramount in any company especially with a matter like this. I am also pregnant and it is not a time I’d even use the app, still they don’t care and closed the chat on me. I will ensure some way or another I get my money back but for now I will ensure and raise awareness the greed of this company and lack of customer care. The customer should be the priority. I am not being unreasonable at all. I hope people see this and think again before they subscribe to company that puts greed before their own customers.

I can confirm that we have not refused to speak to you, just advised that our decision on your refund would not be reviewed further, we have had 4 separate conversations, highlighting dates and emails that you were sent reminders in a timely manner 7 days prior to taking payment.
We do feel that advising our team there would be "trouble" is unreasonable.

Be very careful!

FIIT are taking yearly memberships despite people cancelling trials. Please use other fitness app trials. FIIT are also very sneaky and do not send a confirmation of cancelled trials. In an industry promoting positivity, health, wellbeing and inclusivity, it’s really sad to see a brand like FIIT let hard working people down. Ladder is a great app! Well worth the money!

Extremely Disappointed with Auto-Renewal and Refund Policy

I was shocked to discover a £120 charge on my account for an annual membership I had completely forgotten about. While the company claims they sent renewal notifications, these emails went directly to my junk folder, which I rarely check.
What's most disappointing is their customer service response. When I contacted them THE SAME DAY the charge appeared, they flatly refused to offer any refund. No cooling-off period, no partial refund option - just a firm "no" despite me reaching out immediately after the charge.
I understand that auto-renewals are standard practice, but good companies typically:

Make renewal notifications more prominent
Offer a grace period after charging
Show some flexibility when customers contact them promptly

Their rigid stance on refusing refunds, even when contacted immediately after the charge, shows little regard for customer relationships. A company willing to keep £120 at the expense of customer goodwill has made their priorities clear.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before signing up, and if you do, set multiple calendar reminders for yourself because this company will not accommodate you if you miss their notifications.

Something for everyone

I’ve been using Fiit since 2020! I find it very user friendly, great connectivity with the TV & my phone, huge amount of classes to choose from and brilliant quality with a great range of trainers to choose from. Great value for money (especially with offers they have!), would highly recommend.

I’ve been using Fiit for 6 years now…

I’ve been using Fiit for 6 years now and would highly recommend to anyone. The app is easy to navigate, the classes are great and well mixed. And lastly the customer service is always positive. I have gone to use other apps in the past and always end up back using Fiit and preferring it. It’s a great app that has helped me build fitness and stay consistent!

I've used FIIT off and on for the last…

I've used FIIT off and on for the last few years and I love the workouts, the scheduling options, and the trainers (Gede is the BEST - never leave!). Their customer service is always quickly responsive and accommodating. I recently needed to take a break due to an injury when I saw I was charged for my annual renewal. I quickly emailed and they refunded the charge next day. I'll definitely be back and continue to recommend!

Too rushed

I think the price and volume of classes is really good for money but there aren't any slower paced classes. All classes (apart from yoga and pilates) feel focused on reps rather than form. Most classes only have 5s rest periods and the technique isn't focused on. The warms ups are rushed. I keep getting injuries.

Cancel membership and refund.

Great company.I click on offer and forget about this.They solve my problem with canceling my membership and refund so quick and without problém. I recommend them!

Unauthorised Payments for Unused Account

I’ve been charged £59.99 annually by Fiit for the last three years for a subscription I never authorised. This service was supposed to be free through my Vitality Health policy, yet Fiit has been debiting my account without my consent.

To make matters worse, the account has never been used, which they can easily verify. I’ve contacted them to request a full refund of the unauthorised payments, but if they fail to act, I’ll be forced to involve my bank to dispute these charges.

Extremely disappointed with this lack of transparency and unauthorised debits. Be cautious and double-check your accounts if you’ve ever used this service!

Used fiit as an alternative to a gym…

Used fiit as an alternative to a gym membership when the prices went up and was very satisfied with the Pilates classes. So many to choose from and sarel and gedi are great instructors. Their classes helped me stay consistent with exercising 4 times a week and helped me get into shape for a wedding. I’ve had great customer service from Fiona recently who treated me with kindness and not like a bot. Would really recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to the gym or reformer Pilates

Love the fiit app

I’m a regular user of the Fiit app and love to see how it brings in new trainers and workouts regularly.
The value for money is there with it costing around £10 a month and I feel there is a great mix of workouts

I have many different exercise apps etc. This is by far the best

I have tried many different exercise apps including the. VAHA exercise mirror. Fiit offers so much more and there is something for everyone. The classes are always upbeat with really well chosen music in the back ground. Classes are of different lengths of time so it is easy to fit into your schedule. Price is really value for money and there is always good deals going. If you do have a problem the staff are al says quick to respond and very helpful.

I’ve been using FIIT since 2019 and always recommend to friends and family. I’ve gotten a few people using the app and they love it. They also always offer good discounts to make it more affordable.
Huge range of workouts available with great instructors.

Great direction

The trainers are second to none the results I've seen in a month are unbelievable. I've used others and go to the gym daily with little direction FIIT is azng fr ripping and building muscle . The staff can't do enough to help!!

Great variety of classes something for everyone

Great variety of classes, length and exercise type and multiple difficulty levels means it caters for everyone. The programmes/plans really keep you disciplined and complemented by stretching and functional movement.

The coaches are great, with various personalities keeping you motivated throughout the class and you are ultimately in control as you get out of it what you put into it. I wish some of the live group classes could be done on an evening though to accommodate the evening exercisers but that’s a minor thing.
